Joan’s place was cheery, comfortable, and clean, exactly like what was shown in the pictures. There were plenty of towels, cups, kitchenware, and everything we needed for our stay. The instructions for check-in and check-out were very clear and straightforward. We didn’t need to get in touch with Joan at all during our stay. The house was very spacious and I would highly recommend staying here for couples and families alike.

Stayed with group of friends and our kids. Was a great experience. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Place was pretty spacious. Very quiet neighborhood. So need to be extra mindful after 10pm. Helpful note: be sure to shovel snow in driveway before parking. Car will slide as it’s downhill and pretty steep. 😅

we came down for partner’s birthday & wanted a quiet getaway with things to do on the property. we loved the amount of space in the house, as well as the proximity to the main area for restaurants and shops in joshua tree. we loved hanging out at the house - the projectors were really cool! we were able to connect to the google speakers as well, which was really convenient. the rock sculptures on the property are awesome. the backyard was nice & peaceful - the hot tub was a nice addition. the bathroom door facing the living room was the only thing we didn’t love - there’s very little privacy with the slatted door, so make sure you feel comfortable with your house mates or make arrangements so you have privacy. i understand why the door is made that way to save space! also, there aren’t curtains on the front door and sliding back door, but the house is situated far enough from the neighbors that you should be ok. overall, we had a wonderful, relaxing experience! would stay again.

The Chavez Group listing was a very nice, clean and well appointed big 3 bedroom home with fully equipped kitchen and luxurious linens. We came in November and paid extra for the pool and jacuzzi to be heated. But the temperature never got warm enough to really enjoy. One needs a car to get to most amenities in Lake Havasu City.

This was an amazing stay! It was our first time booking an Airbnb and we will definitely be doing this again. Our family had an amazing time at this home, thank you, Sharon! Super clean a lot better than expected. Super close to the village and many activities including snow play and alpine coasters. It was a bit hot inside home at times due to heater, but we were able to set it down to 55 to help cool down. Would recommened, home had many utensils and even sleds. Loved it!!
