Holiday rentals with a patio in San Cristóbal

The apartment was very clean and tidy, very well equipped. Guillermo was a gentleman, we had a confusion and even without corresponding, he helped us. I am very happy. This place is worth it.

The place is super clean, well decorated, beds are very comfortables and spotless as well as bed linen and towels also the kitchen has everything you will need to cook a meal. It’s so relaxing sitting every morning at the balcony to drink your coffee; the people are very nice and friendly. I noticed the police patrolling and monitoring the area with cameras on the streets. I feel safe and without no fear to move around the neighborhood. Supermarket, restaurants, beauty, nail shop and much more are located at the Marqueza plaza about 3 block away from apt building. Uber is the most safe transportation and could take you anywhere for a reasonable prices. But the best option is to rent a car for better enjoyment of the best places of DR. I recommend Mrs. Doris apt to anyone looking for peace and comfort. You will discover a hidden paradise on Dom, Rep.

Excellent option, central, in modern tower, with roofed and secure parking inside the residential. The apartment is well equipped and functionally furnished. The terrace is a very pleasant plus, not common in other apartments of its kind in the city especially for us who travel with our pet. Communication was excellent.

Perfect for a short stay it was clean the supermarket was close. The only thing they could use a few kitchen utensils such as chefs knife to cut with. Other than that I would stay here again.

The apartment was spacious and cozy. So many restaurants and activities withing a 5 block radius!! I would highly recommend this place.

I had an amazing stay at Jorge’s apartment! He is a fantastic host—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything needed. The apartment itself was lovely, well-equipped with everything one might need for a comfortable stay. The location is great, with a beautiful park right nearby and a supermarket just a 10-minute walk away. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I had a wonderful time and will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

The home was one street away from the malecon. There was private parking. The house was spotless and the beds comfortable. I would come back without hesitation.

This is our second time staying here and I cannot recommend the home enough. Andrés is the best host that I have found in 10 years of using this website. If you are on the fence about it, you need to stay here. It is worth every penny and more. Thank you Andrés!

The location was perfect—close to everything I wanted to see, yet in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It was the ideal place to relax after a day of exploring. had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to make sure my experience was great. I arrived really late (1am) and HOST had everything set up for me to easily have access to the house. Once inside the property itself was stunning - beautifully maintained and spacious, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and everything was spectacular. The home is in a small gated community with plenty of doors that you can lock to separate you from the hustle and bustle. Book this home, located in one of the best areas in Santo Domingo.

I love this house, the pool was very clean, service staff friendly, helpful, responsive, the kitchen had very good equipment to cook, clean, the place is really peaceful, the pool area it was the best, nice furniture, two nice Hamacas, a very good speaker to play music, a pool table and others table games, it has many things to do, in others words, the place is amazing and worthy for the price 💗

I booked this Airbnb for my recovery, and while the space itself was luxurious and peaceful, the absolute highlight of my stay was my incredible nurse, Boba. Without her, I truly don’t know what my recovery would have been like. She was the Dominican grandmother I never had—nurturing, caring, and so full of warmth. Boba made me feel at home in every way. She cooked breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks, ensuring I was nourished with fresh food and revitalizing juices. She didn’t just take care of me she brought me back to life with her extra love and attention. Her kindness went above and beyond anything I could have imagined, and words cannot fully express my gratitude for her. As for the apartment, I have absolutely no complaints. The pictures do not do it justice it’s even more beautiful in person. It was the perfect place for a peaceful and comfortable stay, and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Loved staying here, beautiful 2 bedroom apartment. Got a breakfast lunch spot literally a 10 seconds walk to the left and across the road another nice spot about a minute up the road if that’s. Take a right out the block, and take the next right, and your next to a pharmacy (which has an ATM), keep walkin further up a few more restaurants and about 8-10mins walk from apartment you got Avenida Winston Churchill, acropolis mall, and a few minutes from that you’ve got the Blue Mall. Also got local spots if you prefer them to fancier not to far too. Bout 7/8mins walk. Everything about the apartment was perfect, washer and dryer came in handy. Didn’t use the balcony but it’s a bit bigger than it looked in the pictures. TV in living room, and both bedrooms. Both bedrooms en-suite and additional toilet for guests as well. Dining table beautifully presented. Really lovely looking apartment. Would stay again

Decent experience. The only issue was that I rebooked to stay an extra day and the host could not refund the cleaning fee as I was already charged on my previous booking. He claimed that it was not possible although I have gone through this experience before and was refunded.
