The patio was amazing as well as the location!!

Charming place, with “old world charm.” Upstairs unit in a courtyard (part of a 3 or 4 unit complex) felt totally private and secure. There was an ample living room, cute dining area, two good sized bedrooms, nice modern bathroom and totally functional kitchen. Easy to access, well located in Bankers Hill but walkable to Hillcrest and Balboa Park. Highly communicative hosts.

Very safe and quiet neighborhood easy access to freeway and easy traffic flow. The house is as shown in the photos. Outside back area is wonderful. Easy communications, Bruce always addressed texts in a timely manner. Very easy check out - just drop keys in mailbox.

Best Airbnb my family has ever stayed at, hands down. The house is so clean, welcoming and you can feel the love the hosts have put into it. Location is 10 out of 10 and let me tell you, the garage/kids paradise was the biggest hit for our twin 3 year olds! Are you kidding me?! They never wanted to leave! Kim is an angel and I would give this rental 100 stars if I could. Thank you Kim and Jeff, we are so grateful for your hospitality 🙏🏼 ❤️

Everything we expected and more. Originally I was worried to book because all the positive reviews had been posted years prior. We stayed for a week June of 2023 and it’s wonderful. Clean, good location, everything you need. Will stay again if we’re in the area.

Erika’s place was great, we were in TJ for a couple of days for my visa application, Erika’s place is super close to the consulate and the bus terminal, great location. The room was big and cozy, and the common areas were very nice, we spent some time working remotely in the living room.

I recently stayed at this Airbnb with my family, and we had a wonderful experience! The high ceilings created a spacious and airy atmosphere that made our stay even more enjoyable. The host was really responsive, making communication easy and ensuring we had everything we needed. Plus, having convenient stores right next door, including a fantastic Mexican restaurant, was a huge bonus. We loved being able to grab meals easily and explore the local cuisine. Overall, I highly recommend this place for families looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!

Absolutely wonderful, can't think of anything that could have added to our experience. Easy to find, good location, quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Great amenities too, we didn't want for anything in the house. Sadly we didn't get to enjoy the pool due to chilly weather so we're already looking at future dates to book again! Kids had a quick dip in the hottub and loved it. Highly recommend host, house, all of it. Fabulous.

We enjoyed our stay at the Surf Nest - the house was recently remodeled and had a well equipped kitchen, board games, and even beach chairs, large beach towels and an umbrellas to use. The pool was our kids' favorite part, and Melanie had floats for guests to use and plenty of outdoor seating. It's a short walk to the beach and several restaurants, and a short drive to many of our favorite spots in PB and downtown La Jolla. Great spot for a relaxing vacation.

Let me begin by saying this is one of the best experiences I’ve had with a host. Jennifer was super responsive and accommodating. The house was immaculately clean and in such a cute neighborhood! The kitchen came with everything you would need. And the home was so cute! With a huge backyard ! The neighborhood even had a little town square a block in a half down from the house with a coffee shop, restaurants, a little grocery store &meat shop. It was great to wake up in the morning and walk over and get a coffee and croissants and we even we ate dinner at the restaurants in the neighborhood which were delicious. Its location was perfect for our needs. It was right between La Jolla and downtown and near pacific beach across from Mission Bay and sea world. Jennifer even told us about a great park in the neighborhood to take the kids to with a big playground and basketball court and so much grassy space to play! I highly recommend this home and host for anyone visiting San Diego.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Melia's beautiful home in Oceanside, CA, and it was nothing short of magical. Nestled in a serene and quiet location, this home is the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The backyard is an oasis of tranquility, featuring a luxurious hot tub where I spent time unwinding under the stars. The barbeque area is perfect for those who love outdoor cooking and dining; I enjoyed some fantastic meals during my visit here. The home itself is impeccably maintained and exudes warmth and comfort, making it an ideal getaway. Melia's attention to detail and hospitality were evident throughout my stay, making me feel right at home. I can wholeheartedly recommend this charming abode to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay.
