Holiday rentals with beach access in San Francisco

Adorable spot! Right downtown, beautiful, clean, bed was stunningly comfy

I love the quiet clean atmosphere in this neighborhood and it is a short walk to the beach and many good restaurants and cafes. A short Uber to the a major shopping mall. I felt safe and had everything I needed. The kitchen is incredibly well supplied and the snacks, coffee, tea and coconut milk provided by Cranson were greatly appreciated.

Gary's place was exactly as described. Absolutely perfect location in a great little town. Gary was a excellent host and was very accommodating and understanding with a mix-up (on my end). My only hesitation on recommending Gary's place is that I want it to be available when we come back!! :) Highly recommended and would absolutely stay again!

If you are staying anywhere in San Francisco, don’t want to worry about parking, or a grumpy host, this is the spot for you. Was a beautiful retreat for the weekend. The garden was very lovely too spend time in. Dawn was also an amazing host, she asked our preference for a welcome snack, which I would recommend the blueberry muffins, they were fantastic. She was available whenever needed and gave us ample privacy. If in the area stay at Dawns cozy apartment you won’t regret it!

We had a two-week stay at Lili's charming house and it is truly the perfect location. Easy to walk to shops and more importantly, the BART station for getting anywhere else you want to go. It's a nice quiet neighborhood. We were very comfortable at Lili's. She has comfy beds and furniture and everything you could possibly need in terms of household supplies and a well equiped kitchen. To make this place even more awesome Lili could offer some drawer space for those staying for a longer visit. We made do, but it would be nice to have a drawer or empty surface to stack our foldable clothing. Also, a bedside lamp would be so helpful. Overall, we would highly recommend this as a convenient and cozy place to stay.

My parents had a lovely stay at Toni’s. They loved that they could see a bit of the garden/greenery outside from their windows, and the place felt very safe and secluded. They had everything they needed and would even stay here again the next they visit if they could :)

Lary's instructions were excellent. The place had a nice feel to it. It was quiet and private, and the setup was nice. The view is memorable. What stood out as well was the homey environment of Point Richmond. The markets and restaurants were within walking distance. I would stay here again.

I stayed here for a month and it was great, I highly recommend! As described and seen in the pictures. Annie was helpful and ensured I had everything I needed. I think this apartment is perfect for 1-2 people with a child or small/medium-sized pet. Clean and cozy with nice, warm lighting. The bed was comfy, kitchen was small but well-equipped, living room was roomy with a medium-sized couch, and bathroom more than sufficient. I loved relaxing on the deck as well! The neighborhood is hilly and beautiful, close to bus/ferry/restaurants/stores. Touristy downtown, but not as much in the immediate vicinity. I walked A LOT with my dog and enjoyed it, but the hills can be steep! Definitely a very safe area. The only “con” is, in my opinion, it’s just a bit expensive for the size. However, I understand it’s in a pretty wealthy neighborhood and am sure Airbnb fees/taxes account for a decent part of the cost. Suffice to say, this is a once-in-a-long-while stay for me. Hopefully that’s fair.

Such a beautiful place! We had such a restorative weekend and loved the house so much! Everything was clean and ready for us, comfortable and welcoming. I would recommend this 1000% and am grateful for the time shared with friends here. Thank you Greg!

A welcoming place with the little extra amenities that make it feel friendly. The books and games were perfect for our 7 and 8 year olds. We loved walking to the beach every day and being so close to Golden Gate Park, where we visited lakes, casting pools, bison, Blue Boat playground which is nearby and the big Children’s playground closer to the east end of the park. Having the driveway to park the car was handy. We didn’t bother going downtown. The best parts of San Francisco are the neighborhoods.

My family and I absolutely loved staying here. It's in a gorgeous location with a view of the ocean from the deck. You can hear the waves in the distance. There's a hot tub that's in a beautiful spot beside a running creek with a waterfall. The house is clean, spacious, and very quiet. There's a wonderful little trail from the house that connects to the Mt Davis Trail, which is one of my favorite trails on Mt Tam, and is a beautiful little walk to town. Annie was wonderful - friendly, kind, helpful, and flexible. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay over the holidays. If you don’t know about these iconic Westlake homes built in the 50s, it’s a really cool story, and the style of this particular one (called fish & chips) is the coolest one. The house is really nicely appointed and the back yard was great. We didn’t get a chance to use the grill or the fire pit but it seemed really nice to have. Everything was very clean and nicely kept. Close to any store you’d need, roads to SF and surrounding areas. Jennifer was really responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Tawan's place made our SF stay so nice! The location was great, lots of shops nearby and close to N train. We walked on the beach in the morning and to watch the sunset. Laundry machine was clutch too for our extended stay. Highly recommend!

Great find! I chose this location for a girls’ weekend. The home was clean, very well labeled & well stocked. The guaranteed parking spot was appreciated & a rare find in SF. We had a second car and found street parking without any trouble. An issue outside of Shaun’s control came up and he was very responsive and offered a fair resolution. I would absolutely recommend this home and Shaun as a host.

I have nothing negative to say about our week at Vivien’s in Point Richmond except that we would have appreciated more sunny days. We were caught in the Atmospheric River with strong enough rain, wind and fog to keep us inside wondering if there really was a panoramic view of three bridges and distant SanFrancisco. Fortunately, we had a few clear, sunny days when we enjoyed sunning on the deck & walking on the pebbly beach. The place is aesthetically pleasing with several tansu and Asian flavor accents. There are two regular Q beds & two couches which make less comfortable beds. The bed that looks out to the Bay is in a semi separate part of the living room with no closet or place for suitcase or clothes. There are two separate conventional bedrooms with closets but no views. The extra WC made sharing the one big bathroom easy. We appreciated the beautiful garden we walked through to reach our front door and though it was cold, the banana & bamboo made it feel tropical.

Jonathan’s place was beautiful and perfect for me and my family’s stay. We felt right at home. Jonathan was a great host, very friendly and accommodating. I definitely recommend to book here. Will love to visit Jonathan’s home again.

This location is walkable to Chase Center and convenient if you are staying out late for an event there! It's also walkable to UCSF Mission Bay. It's best if you're going to park and either take public transportation, which is located right outside, or a car service to get around town rather than planning on taking your car in and out of the garage several times a day. However, if you have a small car that's probably doable. The garage is secure so that's really nice. Selina and Raz are proactive, friendly, and super easy to communicate with.

What a lovely, well-appointed, charming place to spend some time. It has none of that soul-killing disposable IKEA Airbnb design and instead is chock full of sophisticated design touches. Great kitchen, lovely rugs, a bathroom with a BIDET, cool hardware in the bathroom. The list goes on. AND it's in a great neighborhood, especially for someone who loves a full range of Asian cuisines feasting. The host kindly accommodated an early check in, which I do not take for granted at all. I have rented many apartments in San Francisco and this is by far the best! The steps up are quite steep but the spectacular view makes the climb worthwhile. The apartment is spacious and nicely furnished. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need and there is a washer and dryer. Jeff was a very responsive, friendly and helpful host. I will try to book this apartment every time I travel to San Francisco and cannot recommend it highly enough!

Marina Bay is a lovely place to stay; we were at Angeline's for almost 3 weeks. It's a very nice 1 BR place with a loft that can act as a second bedroom or study. It is situated on some little canals, full of ducks, in a locked gated community, with nearby walks along the Bay. Unlike a lot of rentals, this one is very well equipped with lots of dishes, pots, and pans. Angeline gets right back to you when you contact her and is a very kind person. We would absolutely stay here again!

The place was fantastic and Andrew was very accommodating and responsive. The place is in a great location too. We stayed there with our two tween daughters. The space was smaller then we were use to at home but still enough for us to be comfortable. Everyone had a blast. I’m going to recommend this place to friends and fam who visit SF! Thanks Andrew!

This is my 2nd time staying at Gina’s place. In a perfect location in the Inner Richmond, near some of the best bakeries and places to eat. Not far from the beach either. Street parking is a breeze. Gina is a great host and always responsive. The room and bathroom are separate but both are private and you don’t need to share. A wonderful place to stay all around!

Super host and amazing location. Very close to trendy Chestnut St. Very close to the park/seaside. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Love to suggest this place to everyone.
