Holiday rentals in San Francisco, San José

my daughter and i always love to stay in avalon on our daddy/daughter trips to the valley, and this condo was by far the most like home. amazing 3rd floor location, corner of the building (ridiculously quiet), and over the lake. coming from guanacaste, its nice to have that many windows to open on colder nights, and was almost torture to leave early on a sunday to beat holiday traffic heading back north. absolutely amazing stay.

The house is large, spacious, has everything you want for large groups! We had a great time in our stay, we recommend it 100%

Maripaz was so helpful throughout my stay, very quick and responsive. The apartment is beautiful and the amenities of the building were very nice as well. As others mentioned, the construction and obstruction of view was a bit of a pain, but obviously something outside of the host's control. Overall, I'd highly recommend this stay, the host does a wonderful job. Be careful with the glass door on the shower- I had an incident, but the host responded immediately and was so helpful.

From start to finish Tracee was a great host. She communicated very well, even though we do not speak much English. The site said she communicate in about 4 hours. That was not true at all. It was more like 15 minutes. She sent all the documentation to get in to the gated community. She is a great communicator and did everything in her power to make our stay worthwhile and peaceful. The price was very reasonable also for the two bedroom, two bath villa. Thanks Tracee for all the help with everything.

There are 2 towers with the same name "Yoses" one very close to another, which made it difficult to arrive. Also the beds are uncomfortable, they grind and are fragile. Finally you hear the entire rudio of the street, the pool is not heated and we were only provided with 1 card for entry being 4 guests and, for everything, up to the elevator you need the card.
