Holiday rentals with breakfast in San Francisquito

This house is beautiful, better than in the pictures. Rooms are very comfortable and well decorated. Charity was very responsive and helpful solving minor issues that appeared. We had a great stay and the place is highly recommended!

I can’t say enough about Vani and the place. Vani was accommodating, responsive, available for the (many) questions we had, and charming all throughout our stay. The place is magnificent. Centrally located to all that SMA has to offer. It comes with Vero and here team. Definitely recommend the Mexican breakfast cooked each day! We had an amazing time from start to finish. We can’t wait to go back and will definitely seek out Vani as our host next time.

Wow! This could be the nicest AirBnb we've ever stayed at! From the first moment walking in we were in awe. The entire space is beautiful but the rooftop patio is the star. We enjoyed sunsets and stargazing and just relaxing with the incredible view. The other amazing part of this was having Hilda as our housekeeper. Her breakfasts were wonderful and exactly what we wanted. We requested a dinner as well and that was a definite treat. So nice to be able to enjoy this space with our bottle(s) of wine and the beautiful food. Also so appreciated that Vani met us to show us around - that always adds such a nice touch - better than any "House Book"! I would love to return here and enjoy it all again.

This place is even more beautiful than the pictures show. Diana’s breakfasts were tasty. We had a little issue with a lock not working and both Teresa and Diana responded quickly! This was the perfect spot for my family.

The home was delightful. There were a few minor maintenance issues however they were taken care of promptly. We enjoyed the home very much.

Great location and everything is easy to walk to. Beautiful house! Our only suggestion was the bed was not as soft as we prefer and that made sleeping uncomfortable. Also would prefer some bathroom amenities like lotion and shampoo ( one of our guests didn’t bring these items). Otherwise breaking was delicious and the courtyard was so much fun to relax in.

Adriana’s place is an immaculate and stylish home in the heart of San Miguel de Allende. No better place to anchor yourself while exploring all this magical city has to offer. Alma, the house manager, will make you feel right at home and makes amazing salsa and guacamole. Don’t miss this gem!

Overall a wonderful Airbnb! The interior is a nice, clean, and comfortable aesthetic that makes it the perfect place to relax at the end of the day. It’s also conveniently located near the Parroquia de San Miguel Arcángel and in walking distance of many cafes/restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Pandurata. The pictures matched 100% the description, the beds were very comfortable, the showers had very good pressure and very hot water. The unit was on the second floor, there’s an elevator for bringing the bags to the room. The unit is very quiet, the AC/Heat worked perfectly. I read a review about sewer smell when using the sink bathroom, it is true, but it’s not offensive at all, and it goes away within a minute, the smell comes through a floor drain behind the toilet which it’s a separate room from the bedroom area. The room is spacious and the furniture looked very new and beautiful. The building is two blocks away from the Parroquia and the Plaza, and tons of great restaurants and shops. The city and the surrounding areas were very safe even late at night, we walked everywhere. We took taxis everywhere, felt safe, affordable and drivers were friendly. I don’t recommend renting a car, we did, then canceled it, parking is very hard to find.

Our trip to SMDA was truly magical. From the moment we booked Casita Agua, Hadley reached out offering recommendations and to make reservations for us. We were truly blown away by her kindness, attention to detail, and genuine desire to help make our stay truly memorable. She, her staff, and the property exceeded our expectations and we were sad to depart. What a truly special property and host. We will be reminiscing about this trip for years to come!

I had the opportunity to stay several weeks over a holiday at Brigham’s place. It is such an ideal spot. As a solo female traveler I felt safe walking all directions at any time of the day and into the early evening. Everything provided is spot on for what you will need to start your stay. There are extra blankets for cool evenings and even heaters but they were not needed. Brigham has affordable and very kind cleaners if you would like their services. Washer and dryer work perfectly. There are several outdoor private spaces that are lovely for working, reading or relaxing. Brigham can be reached at all times to answer your questions and he has a comprehensive file for just about anything you might require. There are lovely cafes within easy walking distances but most of SMA is walkable. When I return, I will not even look at other locations as this feels like home now. Great location, very close to the parish, restaurants. The best location in downtown

We really liked it, easy to get to the place. The receptionists are always very friendly and helpful. To get to the rooms you have a lot of security. The cleanliness was great, the beds and pillows very comfortable. Although the pool is small, being heated and covered in cold times is excellent for de-stressing. To tour the city you have to ask for taxi service or have or go by own car since there are no places to visit nearby.

A very nice, comfortable apartment with all the amenities for a great family trip or between friends, the beds are very good, it has many towels and blankets and the well equipped kitchen, plus a balcony with everything to spend the afternoon. The only detail is that you can hear a lot of noise from the apartment above, but nothing that can't be tolerated. The residential is also very comfortable, the pool is medium, but I think it has no heating.

The room is very comfortable, Roberto is very helpful at all times. It's really worth staying with the express visit or a long stay.

Deana and Dennis are a special kind of host. You feel like you are staying at the home of your longtime friends. They are so warm and welcoming and their home is beyond beautiful. I loved the location. Outside of town but still close. You do need a car or a driver and there is no cell service at or around the property but once you get to the house you’ll have Starlink available. We stayed at multiple Airbnbs in town and this was my favorite.

Our trip to San Miguel de Allende was absolutely unforgettable, thanks in large part to our hosts Antonio and Alex. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel at home with their warm hospitality and helpful advice. The accommodations exceeded our expectations: clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated.
