Villa holiday rentals in San Giovanni Rotondo

Lutz and his Lorenz are great hosts and provide all required information before arrival. We consider the house a hidden gem in a very peaceful environment. You have a great view to the blue ocean. and we enjoyed all the amenities the house (and the spacious garden) is providing. All is maintained spotless and even the driveway up the hill (2 min from the main road) is easily managable. If you are looking for relaxed holidays at this part of Italy (the Gargano semi-island is a real great area), we highly recommend to reach out to Lutz and Lorenz. We would be happy to come back one day - the house easily fits up to 6 persons. WIFI is fast, so we saw us also already sitting at the terrace at our laptops for remote working, by having a glimpse to the blue water here and there :).

We felt like at home with Roberto. The path to the sea was easy and easy walking distance. From this house you can take wonderful hiking tours and excursions. The place Mattinata is also at walking distance. about 30 minutes without effort. Pedestrian path almost everywhere. By car about 4 minutes. Thank you Roberto for the wonderful time in your cottage. We spent two weeks at Giulia's place and from the first moment we had a great time. The house was as described with a great space in front and in a very quiet area. The driveway is a little narrow and steep uphill, but in September we crossed other cars rarely.

Friendly welcome and complete explanation of everything we had available, fantastic and quiet location, which is fully advertised with what was advertised on the site, hyper-stocked kitchen with utensils and appliances, spacious and clean outdoor environment, parking available a few meters from the villa, everything according to our expectations, we will definitely return

We had a great time at Rita's place. The apartment is very well located, a few minutes from the beaches and Peschici, and a very good starting point to explore the park. The garden is quiet and very pleasant, a delight in this warm climate! I thank Rita and her husband for their warm welcome, all their little touches and availability throughout our stay!

we stayed at this wonderful villa of Angela with family and friends....large garden with all the comforts... outdoor shower....diffusion...everything was perfect! rooms with air conditioning!!! toppp!! Angela is always available for everything! Comfortable area for the sea and wonderful beaches!!! I hope to return to Gargano and Angela in the day!!!

Nice house with a wonderful view with cooling winds on warm days up on the hill. Perfect if you have a car. No problem to reach the old town or the beach by foot. Be prepared that you get a bit warm when mounting the road back home. Then the lovely outdoor shower is perfect! Don’t forget to use the grill, we prepared good meals. The owners are very nice and helpful. We were a family of 5 adults and we all had good space during the week we spent at Vieste. I really recommend a visit in the house!

Spectacular experience to say the least. First of all, the location is strategically top because you are 2 km from the center of Vieste and the road to Peschici, 100 meters from the sea and a beautiful beach ( however from Peschici to Vieste there is a beautiful beach every km), there is an excellent adjacent bakery/ bar, a Carrefour supermarket 1 km away,the house is still isolated from the rest so absolute tranquility at night. The house is the best you can look for: it is an estate with olive trees around, a two-family house on the upper floor of which is the host Lorenzo. There is an immense square with umbrellas to be able to spread out and eat, the area is fenced and at night a gate guarantees all the security you need( and in any case there is the private round that checks). There's a covered parking space inside. The apartment is fantastic ,large with a nice kitchen. Value added mosquito nets on all windows. The host Lorenzo is a magnificent and helpful person. We were by God, thank you.

We had a pleasant stay. Very nice place, and quiet. Our hosts on site were very responsive. Just a small downside. When I read the listing, I thought the pool, hot tub and sea view terrace areas were just for our place. They were to share with another place to stay. It didn't really bother us because the other place was just occupied by a couple who was rather hot tub area and we pool.

Very nice hosting by Roberta and her entire family who took great care of us. Roberta is available and we ate very well with the family in her dad Pascale's very good restaurant. Pool, garden, tranquility, I recommend it.

I traveled to Vieste with my husband, two kids (6 and under) and MIL for a short stay. This location is about ten minutes from the city center (which is absolutely amazing--filled with shops, restaurants and attractions for children like a merry go round). Valentina's accommodation is private and there is a large pool area for relaxation and fun. There is a shared washer unit and a coffee machine on site for a very low cost. The apartment offered many sleeping arrangements (including a sofa lounger single bed) and pack and play for a baby. There is only one main air conditioner in the unit and sheets and towels were included. The beds were comfortable and shower worked well. We loved seeing and sharing common areas with people from other countries and being able to eat on our veranda. Valentina was very kind and responsive. She was always willing to give recommendations and check in on our needs. Thanks for a great stay Valentina!

Home to where you can immerse yourself and get away but with the possibility of being connected to the world, I did a smart working vacation with my family. My two kids loved the playground, we made pizza in the outdoor oven, a fantastic grill of fish buying it with Giuseppe's tips. Clean and well-kept and well-equipped house. What about the sea a few minutes away... a disconnect from everyday life in a magical place where we will definitely return. Thank you very much Giuseppe. We will see you again
