Holiday rentals with a patio in San Jacinto Amilpas

To start with, the checkin was totally easy, with touch pads on exterior door and door to the apartment given to us the day before checkin. After day 3 of our 6 day stay, the staff cleaned our apartment with fresh towels. Location was great, with everything within a 5 to 10 minute walk. We would definitely stay there again!

My stay at this Airbnb was fantastic. The room was very neat and spacious. The private bathroom very pleasant and provided extra comfort. The courtyard garden was also beautifully cared for and offered a nice place to relax. The communication with the host was smooth and friendly, which made the stay even more enjoyable. It is two kilometers towards the city center, on foot it is definitely ok, but once closer to the city center you can easily take a taxi. All amenities were as described. The only downside is that there is a construction company across the street, it can make some noise in the morning, but that didn't bother us. I can definitely recommend this place!

Definitely my favourite airbnb experience so far. Rene is a brilliantly helpful, thoughtful and communicative host...definitely worthy of the superhost badge. The apartment was exactly as imagined, really well stocked kitchen and a thoughtfully designed space. Good wifi too. Easily walkable to centro with some good local restaurants, laundry nearby, local market 2 blocks away, big Chedraui supermarket across the main road and less noise than a very central location, perfect. The roof terrace is great and there are really lovely people staying in the building so excellent company for a solo traveller. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay. Sitting out on the veranda with my coffee each morning was my highlight. Close to the Zocalo and coffee/lattes right across the street. Helpful hint: if you’re arriving at night ( like we did) it would be helpful to have your phone flashlight to see numbers more clearly to unlock door. We were very happy with our stay at Casa Origenes.

The accommodation in Rmz was more than convenient since we planned to make a stopover in the Cd. of Oaxaca heading to Cd. de Mexico for which its location is unbeatable. With all the services and amenities for modern living, it is a very spacious house to spend even an instance of more time, we will definitely be back very soon! A few steps away is a loaf of bread, around the way a shop where everything basic is surrounded and very close by different options for lunch and dinner!

It's a good house to rest. As everything there is always things to improve, I will already send you some recommendations for it to improve for future guests. Thanks for the attention.

The house is not located exactly in Oaxaca, it is like a 20 min drive from downtown, but the place is VERY quiet. It's very large, spacious, bright, has the amenities and more. The delightful beds, the patio area is very comfortable and has a grill. Oscar was always attentive, I almost didn't have to communicate because we had everything, but when I did he would respond to me at the moment. I'll totally go back to this house

We stayed for 2 weeks with 3 couples week 1 and / couples week 2. the space worked great loved outdoor living and the plunge pool was great for a quick cool off on hot days. loved the rooftop living room space beautiful view of the city at night. All beds were very comfortable. could’ve used a few more glasses in the kitchen and the plants were looking pretty dry, but other than that, it was fantastic!

Casa de Mari was as described, with comfortable rooms and both indoor and outdoor spaces to hang out. It is outside the main central tourist area in an authentic residential neighborhood with many shops, cafes and good restaurants and the added bonus of a twice weekly street market minutes from the door. Very safe and walkable and many bus routes into the centre and other attractions. Azarel was a truly wonderful host; always responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

The apartment is very nice, clean and comfortable. The only thing that wasn’t perfect for me was the bed. It’s very hard. I would have preferred a somewhat more comfortable mattress. Thanks, Serafin!

This accommodation. is top shelf, and Eden is a super hostess. I would recommend this location to everyone. San Felipe del Agua is out of the busyness and noise of Oaxaca Centro, and it is easily accessible by car, cab or bus (bus is close by 10 pesos one way). Eden is communicative and responds immediately to questions and requests. Cafe Gos has superb coffee and sandwiches, and there are many good restaurants in the area. Panoramic view from the deck on the rooftop. Clean. Hot water for showers. Solar heating. We stayed here 13 days and thoroughly enjoyed it! Thank you Eden.

We enjoyed our month stay at Andre’s…it was a peaceful & pleasant location…the place was clean & very well organized…we took cabs & buses to the historic center about 25 minute journey to the zocalo…there are many shops & restaurants in walking distance…thanks for providing a great place…we especially enjoyed winding down, enjoying the view from the upstairs terrace 😊

Very nice large bright apartment with 2 separate bedrooms. You can visit everything in Centro Histórico on foot. Very clean and exactly according to the photos. Moises is always available and takes care of everything when you call him. Otherwise, you are completely independent. Highly recommend 😊👍🏻

We had a great stay in Oaxaca. This is a cute, modern main-floor apartment. We were comfortable, and felt very safe throughout our weeklong stay. There is a large grocery store within walking distance. We walked to Centro several times, but with the heat, we often opted for a taxi ride for 100 pesos. Our hosts were fantastic—friendly, responsive, and always happy to provide helpful recommendations. Tlayudas Doña Flavia is close by and is so tasty. The hosts also recommended a taxi service to the airport. One minor note: While there is an outdoor space, it wasn't really set up as a place to relax. It's more of a parking lot with a table and chairs. Overall, we recommend staying at Francisco's property.
