Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in San Joaquin River

We were recently in town for a wedding. We booked the house for us and friends to be at one place, get ready together. Teresa was a great host! We appreciated the big rooms and great kitchen and patio! This house is gorgeous on the inside, has all the bells and the whistles. Would love to book again!

Perfect house for getting to and from Yosemite quickly! The pool and hottub were the highlights of our stay! The pool was very clean and great size. The house was a bit dated but very clean and quite large. The hosts were pretty quick to respond to inquiries and Jose was very friendly and helpful. The local restaurants are very good and Bass Lake is very close. If you want a place to stay during your trips into Yosemite that has a pool this is a good choice!

This was our second time here and it will not be our last . They are the best ! Quick to respond , ensure everything is ready and in its place. The property is peaceful and beautiful . Staying at Mitch and Dida’s is like being with family .

We loved our stay in this apartment! The location is perfect, right downtown Sonora with all the historic downtown shops and restaurants within blocks. We loved sitting on the balcony above Washington Street and watched the world go by. The apartment was clean and modern and comfortable and had everything we needed!

We had a wonderful stay at Robert’s well-maintained and cozy place. It was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Gingers place was absolutely adorable. It felt comfortable and relaxing the second you walked in. It was in the perfect location for me, had all the amenities I needed and provided the tranquility that I needed after a rough day. I would highly recommend staying here for 1 or 2 people.

Ann is an amazing host. She was very communicative and provided awesome suggestions for food. She left very detailed instructions on how to check and how to check out. The place itself was cozy and awesome. So close to all the restaurants in town as well as the stores. I would definitely stay here again!

Gary and Dagmar’s AirBnb is how a Bed and Breakfast used before there was AirBnB. The location is stunningly beautiful. Day or night. Winter or Summer. The hosts are super friendly and live on site in case you need anything. Close by but you have your own privacy. Gary was even nice enough to give us a nighttime tour of his Observatory for photographing the night sky. Dagmar checked in on us as we huddled watching the sunset around the propane fire pit overlooking the city. Incredible. We were even able to use the diving board and test the January temperature of the pool. Brrrrr! Awakening! Wouldn’t be surprised if Gary and Dagmar’s place appears in the next edition of The Hitchhikers Guide to the Universe. What a great find! Definitely staying here again.

Staying at Tom’s place was like staying at a good friend’s house; the moment we arrived, his friendly wife Theresa, came by to show us the house and answer any questions. When our car battery was not working, he came with his tools to help and lent us his portable battery starter for the rest of the trip. After finding my dad is disabled, he offered to shovel and salt the walkway for easier access through the snow. Every time I had a request or question, he responded promptly. Even with all the friendly assistance, we still had our privacy. I love that this place had great WiFi and everything you’d need to cook meals. Beds were comfortable, water was hot, heater worked perfectly, and the house itself is beautifully updated. The side of the house has a perfect place for sledding in the snow. I can’t honestly think of anything to make this a better stay.

luck that we found this Gem! been a while where I felt that the price is worth, infact we felt like we paid less than what this place deserves! one of the best hosts/people you could ever find!! 5 mins drive to local store!! super convenient!! our hosts even setup the firepit for us themselves!! cant thank enough!! super highly recommended this place!

Amazing views of the Pajaro River and the ocean. Perfect place for wildlife viewing. We enjoyed the comfortable seating area with panoramic coastline views through the large picture windows. There's also a nice deck attached to the living room and master bedroom.

the Host was responsive, kind and helpful. Also flexible with what we needed and we do appreciate that. The home was amazing. It was furnished beautifully, clean and cozy. Would love to stay here again.

Todd’s place was very cozy, clean and quiet! Beautifully decorated, comfy and everything we needed for our stay including toddler security gates for my child’s safety during our stay! Todd was very responsive! Would stay again!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Marc’s place in Pajaro Dunes. Everything is provided and the apartment is super comfortable, clean, and quiet. The beach is just steps away. Fun for the whole family. We hope to return soon.
