Holiday rentals with a patio in San Jose de Maipo

We had an amazing stay at Poliane's place - definitely an oasis in the city. The location was a few blocks from two metro stations (and an awesome trail connection to all the city parks) - and right next to BLOCKS of restaurants and shops. This was by far our favorite neighborhood in Santiago - many cool local shops/etc (SO many!). Inside, the apartment was spotless and perfect for a extended stay (for working remotely too). We enjoyed the balcony and watching the sunset/rise - the view was great (from the 2nd bedroom, you can see the Costanera Tower too!). The bathroom has a spacious shower and plenty of hot water. The bed was very comfortable too. Santiago was such an awesome city to explore by foot (and subway) - super easy to explore. The building was very secure with a helpful concierge. Poliane was an excellent host - always provided assistance when needed. In addition, they had a great personalized website which was a great resource during our stay! Can't wait to return!

Rodrigo's apartment is a great location in very peaceful, but close to everything street. The apartment was well furnished and it was easy to make it home for a few days. Would recommend

Excellent apartment, very tidy, clean and with all the basic things that are required. The environment is also quiet, safe and with a lot of commerce around.

David was very nice and always answered us very quickly. The apartment is very well equipped. The lodging is cute, true to the pictures. The building's janitors are super friendly and helpful. The area is very nice and quiet, with plenty of bars and easily accessible by public transport.

Ignacio’s place was lovely! We stayed for 6 weeks with a small dog who absolutely loved the backyard area (which was extremely helpful to us too)! The location is close to wonderful restaurants and within walking distance to the metro and various supermarkets (including one right around the corner). We only had one small issue with the internet going out, and I only mention it to say that Ignacio had it fixed within 15 minutes! Everything was excellent, and I highly recommend the place. The concierges were so friendly, and we felt right at home.

Comfortable and nice apartment, ideal for family with a child, on the patio had toys and everything was very well organized

Fantastic house, fantastic location. We were a group of 7 and this house allowed us all to have space. The communal areas are wonderful, the pool is a perk, and we felt safe and comfortable. There is so much to do around the area as well. We would rent this house again!

nice little apartment/studio. small but perfect. centrally located and affordable. no oven or cooking but there are many different affordable restaurants within a block or two walking distance. overall great stay.

Great place, great host

It was a seamless experience. The apartment was spotless, well equipped and as shown in the pictures. The location was ideal, with easy access to restaurants, transportation, and points of interest. The host was very nice and responsive, always available for any questions. The bed was comfortable, the internet connection worked smoothly, and everything was in perfect condition. I would definitely recommend this place and definitely come back in the future. Thank you for a great stay!

The apartment in very nice and well arranged. Very comfortable and clean. Rodrigo is very attentive and concerned that we are well during the stay. A couple of things make it very comfortable: they sell water right there and you don't need to go buy it elsewhere and you can wash your clothes in the same place where you buy water very easily. It's great! I would definitely stay here again when I'm in Santiago.
