Beautiful place, has everything you need, better stocked kitchen than anyplace we have ever been at.. Clean, decorated, everything you need. Comfortable furniture, great location, we like the secluded area away from the busy part of the town. We will definitely return

The house was perfect for our work crew, there were 6 of us and we all fit comfortably. The garage was big enough to fit our trailer and all 5 trucks inside. I could see how this would be a great location for fishing as well, it was 30 minutes from Port A as well as Chorpus.

Had a wonderful Thanksgiving Week stay at the property. Lighted pier was a real attraction. Three bedrooms, and a day bed in the living room. Lots of stuff one can use to entertain yourself or use to go fishing. Recommend this property if you want a quiet, safe place to get away.

Took some time to get check in email with the door code so I had to wait almost 40 mins for them to contact me with the door code but the house was nice and comfortable. Pool was nice and fresh but there were lots of black ants around the pool. But my family and I had a great time and it was relaxing.

We had an amazing weekend at City by the Sea House hosted by Sarah! The home was perfect for our family stay—spacious, clean, and well-equipped for a relaxing getaway. One of the biggest perks was the ample parking, easily accommodating both our vehicles and our 25ft boat. The dedicated water spot made it incredibly convenient for launching and docking. The swimming pool and hot tub were a huge bonus, making it even more enjoyable for both kids and adults to unwind after a day on the water. Sarah was a fantastic host—super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. If you're looking for a great place to stay with easy boat access, plenty of space, and awesome amenities, this is it. We’ll definitely be back!

Was a perfect getaway for a walk on the beach, a soak in the hot tub and clean and nice retreat for sleeping.

Upon arrival we were in awww of the view. This location is prime & super safe. Theres plenty of outdoor seating in & all around the gorgeous pool with waterfall/lights. Picnic tables for guys to prepare the poles for the fishing. The deck even had a green glow light which made night fishing much more enjoyable. This place has 2 kitchens. One is located upstairs and the other is downstairs. The one downstairs has that big open bar door so you can be cooking & preparing food while not missing out on all the fun going on outside. That’s great because who wants to be upstairs and feel left out. 5 clean bedrooms…one is very private downstairs. It has doors to keep closed so if you want to keep that kitchen open, the air stays In tv room & bed room. Both kitchens have Utensils, plates, coffeepot, stovetop ovens & refrigerators. Bedrooms are nice and stairs going to 2nd floor are easy to climb. Nothing like the ones I’m use to climbing that leave me breathless. Had a blast!

Keith was such a great host! He was so easy to work with, responsive, and very friendly. The place had tons of space for sleeping and the pool was a nice little feature that we didn’t realize we would utilize as often as we did. Thank you Keith for hosting such a great place!

Great place for a great price. Host is very responsive. Parking was ok for our truck and boat/trailer. I didn’t realize on the same property there’s another rental so we accidentally parked in their parking spot but we moved and it wasn’t an issue. Place was spotless and had all the amenities needed. Great porch and outdoor sitting area. We hope to be back again soon.

Take the kids get away from the busy world and just relax. Fantastic backyard ran around with my kids. Great space simple and it was exactly what the family needed. We decided to have Christmas here I highly recommend it! The whole neighborhood was peaceful ran into a few neighbors while on walks some of the nicest folks. The host was wonderful with communication and extremely accommodating. I highly recommend!

This is my favorite place stay in Rockport! The location & view are fabulous. Has everything you need for your to stay, especially if enjoy to cooking.

Great place to stay first time visiting rock port! Wasn’t too far from everything. Love to cook and kitchen had everything I needed to do so.

Rita’s home was amazing cozy, and made you feel right at home. She left us a wonderful note with cookies breakfast for the next day and lovely treats for our fur babies. Her backyard and seating area was so nice . I will definitely rent from her again.
