Located in one of the best residential areas in Almería, the surroundings are surrounded by houses with garden and common green areas. The apartment is very nice and bright. Almost on the beachfront (2 minutes away) and with ocean views from the two terraces, it is part of a very well-kept development, located within the same village. Great for family vacations and enjoying the wonderful setting of Cabo de Gata-Níjar Park. The village has a nice sandy beach, several restaurants, small shops and a supermarket, as well as canoe rental and scuba diving center. Relaxation guaranteed!
