Perfect stay! Highly recommended! The duplex is super cozy with lots of handy facilities. The washing machine, dryer and radiator are totally life savers for the rainy days in Seville. Also, lots of restaurants nearby, tried a few and they are all super yummy. The place is also within walking distance to most tourists attractions. Nico is really considerate and helpful. We really enjoyed the stay, thank you so much!

Very nice studio and excellent location for the main sites in the old city. Good food close by. Space Maison are very responsive and helpful.

We were very comfortable. The apartment is nice and comfortable and the perfect location. Flexibility at check-in and check out is appreciated.

Very nice place to stay. Perfectly central and excellent value. I stayed on the first level, so my room opened to the courtyard. Two things you should know about: the curtains in the general area are translucent so the main area is not that private, but the curtains in the bedroom are opaque so you have your privacy there. There was a sign in the kitchen that let me know if you trip the smoke alarm while cooking, you have to pay for the visit by the firemen at 2500 €. Needless to say, I didn’t cook. Other than this, it was a great stay really, great value, spacious apartment, impeccably clean, and close to everything. I would come back.

We were there for sevilla marathon 3 days in the apartment. Flexible arrival with self check-in, very convenient, and saved us trouble as the flight arrived late. It is a small apartment with everything equipped for two people. In the area there is a good atmosphere at night. The only bad thing is that we needed to take the bus to go to visit anything. Communication with the hostess is very good and fast. I recommend it to visit Seville, beautiful city! :)

Fabulous location. Everywhere you want to go is walkable from this location. Right is the heart of the historic area. Less than 10 minutes walk to the Cathedral. Having the second half bathroom was great for our family of 4. The beds were comfortable and the kitchens very well stocked. The place is ground floor and a little dark. The private patio does bring in light. We had a great 3 night stay with our 2 kids (12 and 10 years old). They also loved the easy to use smart TVs.

Very quiet site to disconnect with friends or family. The area is very quiet and Antonio is very clear and communicator with everything. Definitely back, 100% recommended.
