I had a wonderful stay at this Airbb! The apartment was comfortable and clean, making it a great place to relax. The location is perfect, with easy access to everything right below the building-super convenient for dining, shopping, and more. The host was responsive and helpful, though the caretaker was a bit late during both check-in and check-out times. Despite this, I still had a great experience, especially enjoying the Netflix option for some downtime. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a central, comfortable spot to stay! Will be back soon for sure!

Place is clean and comfortable

My family and I had a great stay at Eladia's unit. It's conveniently located nearby many convenience stores, restaurants and shopping centres. The place had many useful amenities that helped my family feel more at home in the house. She also kindly let us have a late check out as our flight home wasn't until late in the evening. All in all, a great stay. I highly recommend.

Rhealyn was very responsive from check-in to check-out. Answered promptly to my inquiries and very quick to assist. Her place was as described-clean, complete amenities and supplies, very aesthetic - all my expectations were met. I had the pleasure of staying at this Airbnb in Santa Cruz, Manila, during a challenging family time over Christmas/New Year. The host, Peter, was exceptionally accommodating and great to work with. From arranging a last-minute booking on Christmas Day to allowing me to view the place beforehand to ensure it could accommodate my father’s needs …particularly a wheelchair-accessible main floor. Peter went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Communication was excellent. Peter and his team were consistently supportive and responsive, which made a huge difference during a difficult family time. Their kindness and professionalism did not go unnoticed. The property itself exceeded all expectations. It was clean, well-maintained, and designed to create a comfortable/inviting atmosphere and close to Metropolitan Medical Centre I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for an accommodating host and nice stay. Thank you Peter for making a tough time a little easier for.

We initially booked this property because of the king-sized bed and location but it turned out to be so much more. The hosts were responsive and would make time to check in on us. They granted our requests and immediately solved some issues we faced. The unit is spacious, well-lit and well-ventilated. We like that it is situated in the corner so there’s privacy and space. The location is perfect, walkable to most areas in BGC. It has lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The area is safe and the staff of the building were friendly. The small fee payment for checking out late was understandable. We would recommend this airbnb to our friends and family, and would book again in the future.

I booked for my parents and they had a great time during their stay. Lots of amenities for tenants and the location is very convenient to the mall. Johanna was very responsive and considerate. She is easy to contact and she also checks on how her guests were doing or if there’s anything they needed. Overall they were pleased and would definitely stay again.

📍Such a cozy spot! It’s got everything you need—complete kitchen amenities with utensils, Netflix for downtime, a bathroom with a laundry area on the side, and it’s spotless. The host is super responsive and really makes sure everything’s taken care of. Plus, parking is available, which is a huge bonus! The location is perfect too, with grocery stores, coffee shops, and tons of awesome restaurants nearby—Mendokoro is just a 10-minute walk, and you're close to Pobla for nightlife. The price is very reasonable, so I’ll definitely be booking again! Thank you! ☺️☺️

The short stay was awesome. The host is incredibly responsive and accomodating, always ready to assist. The unit itself is clean, and to top it off, with perfect horizon line.

The place is cozy, nice and clean. Very responsive and accommodating host. Flexible check-in time when we requested for it since we were attending an event at Taguig Convention Center. Convenience store, bank, salon, restos and coffee shop are nearby.

As a host Kaye was awesome and responsive, the place was wonderful, a few small things that had nothing to do with our host Kaye. The water was not mineral so I'd recommend bringing your own water, we would have loved to have found a broom to clean up a little better. The place is great to accommodate your family, rooms are comfy and the design is minimalist. The bathroom was clean and felt comfortable to use. Our stay was awesome and had a great time at the wave pool. I did see a few things that could use some repair like the longer sofa be sure to be careful as it looks like it might be out of service soon although it has the softest cushions! All in all I recommend Kaye's place 110%, just please treat all the furniture and appliances as if it was your own. Thanks Kaye!

Great place to have an intimate and chill place to hangout on a rooftop within the Metro. The jacuzzi was spot on and the staff attending to our needs is very helpful and polite. The utensils included needs upgrading such as the spoon and forks, and some grill items are missing (tongs and scissors). Overall, a fantastic place to stay and have fun! Definitely will recommend! Very quick and responsive hosts always quick to help in an emergency, immediately replace broken computer chair, always very warm and helping fix situations, has very helpful cleaning service during my entire stay of over a month. Easy to contact and solve any problems. Thank you! Condominium Lobby personnel receptionist door men security extremely courteous and greeting you, assisting you when you check in and out plus helps you et to the elevator floor you need to got to. Loading and unloading to the lobby is very convenient and accessible. Great view of the city during New Year's eve fireworks. Very quiet highest floor, Immediate literally next door to the Venice Canal Mall full of restaurants and coffee shops, across the street to several ATM machines. Overall a great location and place to stay for my entire Christmas holiday and till Feb. 2025

Ms. Girly was very accomodating of my requests, and the caretaker is approachable as well. Totoo nga lang ang comment na caretaker was way too early to come. If possible sana, around 15 minutes dumating kasi preparing pa usually kapag 30 minutes before. And not so walking distance to Bridgetowne but near if you have a vehicle. Overall a nice place. The place is perfect for a quick getaway. The space is designed beautifully, it's very clean and cozy. The unit itself is also fully equipped with essentials for the kitchen and the bathroom. Aside from that, Ms. Reylina is a very responsive host and was always very active in responding in any of our messages and concerns. Overall, my friends and I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place 🙂
