Awesome stay in the heart of downtown Austin. Close to bars, restaurants and nightlife yet not noisy. Bed was super comfy and the host was very responsive. And the views were phenomenal! Outdoor space on the 10th floor was beautiful and overlooked the city! Loved that onsite parking was available.

It was an organized stay with clear instructions. The owners communicated efficiently and effectively. I was overall satisfied with my stay.

They were amazing at communicating and the place was fantastic. Literally needed to book same day and they were on top of it helping me be able to book the stay when I needed it

Great apartment in a fantastic location. Walkable to Guadalupe street (Civil Goat coffee, Black’s BBQ, Amy’s ice cream, etc.) and UT campus if you’re up for it. Peaceful neighborhood, beautiful to explore.

Very new and clean place. Full kitchen utensils. We saw wild deer when we first arrived. Easy to check in by ourselves. Only 20 minutes to Outlets. We all enjoyed our Thanksgiving weekend in this place.

Such a great stay! Great location, amenities, and our room was so clean! It made our time in Austin very enjoyable! Also the lobby/pool playlist was great lol

What a spot! Great location close in and central. Easy walk to bakeries, restaurants, and bars. The apartment itself was like stepping into an art gallery very interesting collection of art and artifacts from travels. We'll be back!

Great deal for a longer stay. Neighborhood was nice, place was as described and clean. Prompt responses to questions as well.

Shawn was great. He responded quickly, was very helpful and kind. We travel with a boat and dog and bith were welcomed which is hard to find on here! The space was clean and we felt comfortable here. The price is unbeatable. Thank you again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Josh & Amiee’s Airbnb! The space was spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable trip. The hosts were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome. The location was perfect—close drive to great restaurants, breweries, and wineries. We loved every moment and can’t wait to return! Highly recommend! Scott

Johnny was very responsive on all communication. I asked for a special accommodation and he happily made it happen. The house was very clean on arrival and had everything needed. Nice bed, nice chill area with futon and tv, good kitchen space and a nice clean bathroom. If I was ever in San Antonio, I would definitely look up this place again to stay.

Very easy location to find and very close to food trucks, restaurants, and bars in the area. The birds (electric scooters) are a fun way to get around the city quickly and made touring the area that much more fun and accessible. This little gem is the perfect size for two people, with an open concept living room and kitchen as well as a very large bathroom with modern amenities. Asad was easy to communicate with and proactive in making sure we had everything we needed including an entire list of activities in the area. The porch area of the home is a nice little touch that gives a garden vibe and is a nice, private place to chill outdoors. Lots of very friendly cats in the area, make sure you give them lots of pets if you visit! We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back and experience the hustle and bustle of Austin again soon!

The stay was good private location and very clean. If ever in San Antonio again I would stay there

My husband and I were in town for a wedding and this was a perfect location for us! We mostly took Ubers around but did walk from S. Congress once and the walk was not bad at all. Very private and quiet neighborhood. Our code didn't work right away, but the host responded quickly and got us in (and even allowed us to check in a little early!). Great place to stay, would stay here again if we come back to Austin!

What a wonderful stay! Kenneth greeted us to give us a short tour - pleasant and friendly, but not intrusive. We enjoyed talking with him. The apartment was clean and lovely - not cluttered with enough decor to feel homey. We were in town for an event and did not cook like we usually would, but the kitchen was clean and was very well stocked. The bed and pillows were comfortable with soft quality sheets. The shower had no water pressure issues and was stocked with quality products, including name brand TP. The patio was lovely and we saw deer feeding on the foliage in the yard. Nice area, easy access yet quiet. Kenneth surprised us and printed out downtown info for us after we talked about our plans - he went above and beyond! I would definitely stay here again. Highly highly recommend staying here if you’re staying in San Antonio! It was my friend and I’s first time here and had a blast staying with Cheryl. She was kind, responsive, and always ready to answer any questions. The place itself was located in a very safe and beautiful area, less than 10 minutes away from downtown. It was spotless, comfortable, and one of the best AIRBNBS I’ve ever stayed at. 10/10!

Georgia, Eric and Dakota were wonderful hosts! Their place is beautiful, comfortable, and has so many thoughtful little touches. They met us when we arrived and provided so many helpful recommendations. Would absolutely recommend for your stay in Canyon Lake!

Drew and his team were remarkable. The home was beautiful, clean, well kept and had everything youd need for a getaway. Everyones bedrooms had their own full bathroom, a walk in closet for your belongings, and ceiling fans for extra breeze. We traveled with 8 people , 4 kids and 4 adults, and never felt overcrowded in the home. It truly was the best pick! The amenities are also a plus! We rented 2 cars. Parking was free and easily accessible. The location could not have been any more perfect. It was 5-10 min from the airport, downtown hot spots, and eateries. If i can give it 10 stars, i really would. We plan to visit Austin every year during the same time, as we have Martial Arts conferences we take part in and we are looking forward to staying here again! Thank you Drew and team for being great hosts. We really and sincerely appreciate all your help and accommodations for our stay! You have surpassed our needs! A beautiful getaway for a weekend in hill country. Kathleen was very friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed our time there!

Very peaceful and loved sitting outside at night listening to pool bubbling and light reflecting off water. Pretty dark except from people in other balconies with very bright string lights on all night, every night. But they have curtains to block that out.

Comfortable and clean place. There wasn't a photo but there is both a work desk and a little table for two. Bed was a little lumpy but fairly comfortable for one. The jacuzzi is a classic! and so nice to relax in.

Great unit! Walkable to everything downtown NB, Texas tubes right next door, peaceful - loved seeing all the deer! Host was super nice and even had a crockpot waiting for us when I inquired about one!

Great place! Perfect size and very comfortable!! Brad and Sarah were perfect hosts! I will certainly try and get this place again on my next stop to Austin!
