Jhonny is a great host. Always very friendly and attentive. The house is very nice and really close to the pyramids. Defining me would stay again.

Excellent host that don Fernando was attentive to every detail, plus the house is very comfortable, we enjoyed every corner of the place too much. We will definitely be returning to that wonderful place.

The space is comfortable and very quiet perfect for 4 people, we had everything we needed, the location is quite good a few steps from the center of Teotihuacan. We were able to store the two cars that we carry one in the place of the rent and the other on one side. Mit was always attentive to being quite flexible with the needs we had. The place was clean and had what you need to spend a quiet and comfortable stay. I recommend the place and I would definitely wash it again.

After staying at a few places in CDMX, this place is a real treat. Very clean with plenty of towels and a well equipped kitchen. Mattresses and pillows are comfortable. Water, tea, coffee and some basic condiments included.

Very good peaceful accommodation close to the pyramids 20 minutes walk from San Juan, where the CDMX bus stops. Special mention at sunrise with the sky filled with hot air balloons. Some land in the garden!

The house is nicer and wider than what you see in the photos. There was always hot water and everything was clean. Additional has a large parking space and a 10 min walk from downtown allowing you to leave the car because there is not much space to park on the street. Communication with Emma was fast

It is located on the shores of the city, so it is a quiet environment with no external noises; the place is very spacious and cool, good internet connection, there is a barbecue and a place to make a campfire.

The house is very comfortable and nice, Mrs. Enriqueta is a very friendly and attentive person.

Highly recommended, the space is nicer and more spacious than in the observation publication, it has everything you need for a family stay, super close to the archaeological area of Teotihuacan, the person who received us very attentive, kind, helpful. Excellent space and completely at your pleasure! The photos and description match what sr. Angel offers of your space. Only the dpto. is a little cold because it doesn't get the sun, then I recommend going warm but everything else is wonderful!

Of the 8 places we’ve stayed in Mexico, this one was our favorite. The villa is even better than the photos. The host is very responsive via Whats App. There is 24/7 security and we felt very safe. We drove ourselves and easily parked right outside the entrance. It’s a quick, easy drive to the pyramids and hot air balloons. The beds were comfortable for us, soft but supportive. The kids loved being able to swim and watch a movie (Disney, Netflix) from the pool and seating area. We ordered food via Whats App and the hotel delivered it right to our room. The hanging tree lights and fire ambiance was perfect. It was very private and though there were lots of guests staying at the hotel we couldn’t hear any noise. Lots of water bottles, towels etc provided. A perfect stay.

You sleep very well, without street lights that hurt, without noise, easy to get to, easy to get out, quiet area, we were very comfortable, my wife fell in love with the zotehuela, as we had everything to cook, clean, everything you need for food preparation, the TV was very good, nice climate, outside the cold was fun, but inside the climate was excellent, the house maintains a very pleasant temperature, I didn't have a vehicle, The OXXO is not far if you like to walk, the bathroom to shower is spacious, the boiler is excellent since you don't waste water to get it hot, the large stove lights up quickly, spacious to prepare several things at once, excellent hosts, very good communication, I liked the check-in at the house, fast for me, for the next soccer tournament I would rent it again, very comfortable and the envy of my teammates... hahaha. I hope they don't beat me...
