Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in San Miguel County

Thank you for such an amazing time...the house was amazing, only topped by the unbelievable skiing that we're able to get in at Telluride. The house is very close, and is a wonderful drive with views of the San Juan Mountains the entire time. I can't wait to come back and can't suggest this place enough! Sibylle gave clear, easy instructions to get in and the house was perfect...can't thank you enough!

We’ve traveled all over the world, but this house tops our list. It far exceeded our expectations: spotless, beautifully appointed, with heavenly beds and an incredible setting. The cozy heated floors, well-designed kitchen with a bonus coffee nook, enchanting primary suite fireplace, and stunning views from every bedroom made our stay unforgettable. We loved the huge deck, hot tub, and light-filled dining area overlooking forest, river, and mountains. Visiting in winter for the kids’ ski school was perfect—coming back to this tranquil wonderland after the bustle of town felt magical. It’s close to great amenities yet surrounded by peaceful BLM land. The kitchen layout was wonderfully functional for multiple cooks, with health-conscious cookware and a second dishwasher in the coffee nook. We explored the land by the river, which was breathtaking. We can’t wait to return in summer to leave the windows open and enjoy the soothing sounds.

Justin was a great host! He was responsive and proactive and made sure everything was seamless during our stay. The property was beautiful and clean and everything our group was looking for on our Colorado trip!

This place was great! Really is it RIGHT off Lift 7. Pretty much Ski in, Ski Out. Free bus around town.

Loved our time in Mountain Village/Telluride. House was perfect with great amenities for us and our 2 small children. We loved the area and hope to return soon!

Ken's place was absolutely fantastic. The adobe-style home was incredibly spacious (large bedrooms, large kitchen and dining room, large living room). This place has incredible charm and character (the collection of Southwest artifacts were museum-quality). The location to Telluride and the surrounding area was absolute perfect. Ken was an extremely responsive and friendly host. We would be thrilled to stay again!

It was a Dream! Beautiful landscape. So peaceful and cozy. Prívate with a stunning views from the Apartments . We felt like locals and offcourse we where back up from our host. Everything organic ! WILL COME BACK AGAIN

Great spot! Close to lift 7, restaurants. Also really clean and a lot nicer than many of the other places that were available for our last minute stay.

I can’t say enough good things about this rental! This was the most unique and beautiful location in a tiny mountain village with incredibly stunning views in every direction as soon as you step out the door. Sitting in the hot tub surrounded by snow covered mountains felt like a dream, and we really did feel like we were in a fairy tail setting. The town of Telluride and the ski resort are a short, easy drive, but you could honestly never leave the property and have the best vacation ever. On top of that, Peter & Wendy were the most gracious and accommodating hosts who went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible. They are the truly precious people and it was clear they genuinely wanted to make sure we were comfortable and got to make the most out of our vacation. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful week in Telluride and the location and cozy accommodations created a nice home base for us to start our days and return after the day was over. Fully enjoyed ourselves.

I loved staying at Juli's lovely studio. I was there for 10 days and by the time my stay was over I definitely was not ready to leave. Great location, beautifully decorated studio, very quiet, amazing views. I highly recommend it!

Perfect location. Easy walk to the gondola and the 1st floor storage locker was very convenient. Can easily walk to all restaurants and stores in town and the market is super close as well. We stayed with our family of five and had plenty of room.

I stayed for 8 nights on a ski trip and had a wonderful experience. Barbara was very helpful with recommendations and responsive to my messages. The location is perfect for skiing in Telluride, it is a few minutes walk from the gondola with a shuttle that stops nearby. Lots of things to do in town within walkable distance.

Simple place and good value in Telluride. Liked having a parking space and the parking lot always had a spot for us in the evening. Communal hot tub was nice. One block from free bus route was nice.

Beautiful stay in Telluride. You cannot beat the location and it was a great spot to spend our stay.

Viking village is a great spot. Very walkable to lift 7. Probably not really walkable to gondola in ski boots. The condo was as expected and beds (including pull out couch) comfortable. The hot tub is nice and not far. Large enough so doesn't feel crowded. Huge benefit is easy parking which in Telluride comes at a premium. No searching for street parking! Note that this condo has a row of condos with true mountain views in front of it. The views are down the alley/road. All in all would definitely stay here again as it clicks a ton of items for staying in Telluride!

This was perfect for our group of 6 to enjoy skiing. We used Dial A Ride and the gondola to get into Telluride and explore. The house was well-stocked, from bathroom and shower supplies to cooking supplies. I would highly recommend and would stay here again! Although we didn’t have kids in our group on this trip, we appreciated the kids toys that would’ve made it a great family-friendly spot.

Had a great time staying in the San Sophia Suite. Only a short walk to the historic district downtown. This condo has easy access to the market for groceries and goodies. The liquor store is 1 block away. You can walk to the lift or the gondola within 10 minutes. (P.s. it's a flat walk!)

The condo was everything we needed for a family ski trip. Clean and very comfortable, the kitchen had what we needed to cook some meals, cool views of the open fields just outside town. Thanks for hosting us!
