Villa holiday rentals in San Miguel de Allende

What a wonderful way to visit San Miguel de Allende! We felt completely welcome and comfortable in this restored casa with an open air courtyard, beautiful flowers and a stunning terrace view. The housekeeper, Patty, was very nice and made wonderful classic Mexican food for us. The location was perfect for walking to the square, overlooks, the park and everywhere in between. Many great experiences were had and this was the perfect home base. Do not hesitate to stay here - you will not regret it! A note to future renters, if your flight arrives late you will need to arrange how to get in ahead of time with the rental company. If your flight arrives later than 9 pm it would be good to stay near the airport and travel to SMA the next day and begin your stay at Casa Lacardo then. Another tip: SMA is a mostly a cash economy unless you are eating/ shopping at a more established restaurant.

The stay on this beautiful place was spectacular. A princess house really!! Large, pretty and very comfortable. I feel at home!! Thank you very much for such good service, including the cleaning staff. Everything is perfect, I highly recommend this place. Very nice view, the house huge, clean and very nice decorated. It has everything you need, and they keep an eye on you at all times. Thank you so much for everything, definitely staying with you again.

Eleonora was a great host, the location of the place was just what we were looking for, close to downtown San Miguel but a quiet place and in the countryside. The house is super cozy and comfortable. Definitely a super recommended place to spend a few days or even a season away from the noise of the city.

San Miguel Allende was a dream! Place was great and very comfortable. Location was perfect and restaurants, coffee shops and drug store all near. Beto was a good host . Only downfall was private parking lot key that was supposed to be included with stay was not available on site and luckily we were able to find parking in front of the house. Beto did not respond very quickly til following day and we were checked out at that point. Other than this inconvenience i definitely recommend this rental.

It was a wonderful experience, really recommend it. We will definitely be back.

Rustic apartment close to the downtown area of San Miguel de Allende. Suitable for a short or longer stay. Walkable neighborhood. Beautiful, very well maintained garden in a secluded, quiet setting with high level of privacy. Facilities and amenities in fair state. Much enjoyed my one week stay!

We had a wonderful stay! Do not hesitate, this place is fantastic. The location is a bit out of town, we loved the walk down but did take taxis home (very inexpensive and easy to find). We loved the pool and the tranquility but mostly we loved Theresa...she truly makes you feel at home and takes wonderful care of you. Her meals are delicious and she is a kind and sweet person with a great sense of humor. We have stayed in SMA many times and this place was a favorite, we hope to return. Paula took the time to help me plan our visit via phone before our arrival which was very helpful and kind. Thank you Paula and Theresa!!

An amazing place to visit and enjoy with family or friends! Beautiful, clean, cozy, and peaceful. The thermal pools are absolutely wonderful. Juan Carlos and his team are outstanding hosts who make us feel right at home. I highly recommend it 100%! I can’t wait for the day we get to experience this again.

Magnificent hidden gem! This property is better than the photos, and allows you to live in a Spanish Colonial townhome/mansion. Truly a gorgeous oasis, and also an art collector's home, filled with beautiful things, and fully stocked for your comfort. The pool and courtyard fountain make you feel like you are in a private resort. The 4th floor roof top covered living/dining/bar/fireplace is perfect to watch the sunset with a cocktail or glass of wine with a stunning nighttime view of two church steeples. The property is so lush with potted plants and flowers that a gardener tends to it. I can't say enough good things about this property and excellent location. The best part is Rosalinda the cook, and Leticia the chambermaid. They are the sweetest and kindest souls; true caregivers. You can pick out recipes from the binders/cookbooks in the kitchen, give them money for groceries and they will cook 2 meals a day for you. We felt like royalty! Jod's dining recommendations were 5-Star!

Excellent follow-up and empathy of Ale throughout the booking process and during our stay, the place is extraordinary. We will definitely try to return the only thing that could improve is the option to improve the temperature of the pool since even though we were touched on clear days the children were unable to use the pool due to the low water temperature.

Wonderful host, very communicative and quick responding, made the arrival at the private security gate quick and easy. Beautiful home, great outdoor living space on the bottom and third floors, within a very well kept, peaceful community, outside the bustle. Enjoyed it, thank you.

To those who want to disconnect from their day to day, this is the place! A really nice house, but for me the most spectacular are its large green spaces and natural views. Hector is always very attentive and friendly! Super, super recommended!

The place is too beautiful and nice, everything is very quiet and we enjoyed our stay there, this is the second time we have stayed with Mr. Romulus for the great attention he has.

This was a fabulous location to stay in in SMA. My family of 13 was so comfortable; plenty of room. The place was absolutely gorgeous. Rosario and her sister Lolita took care of every need. Rosario‘s cooking was amazing we only got to have dinner one night because we had so many plans but the morning breakfasts were fabulous And always a supply of chips and salsa during the day for anyone to snack on. I 100% would recommend this place to anyone visiting San Miguel de Allende . five days was not enough! Many of my guests did walk to and from town but others chose to Uber/taxi and that was very easy. We did some wonderful hiking tours , music tours , ATV excursions and lots of fun shopping and fantastic restaurants. We were visiting for a family wedding but I would certainly go back. Thank you Nancy for offering this fabulous location and thank you to Rosario for making us feel so welcome.

A very quiet place, private, with security, the big house, cute, comfortable, The bedrooms are very good, the large garden, we had a great time, very comfortable as a family. Yes. I was coming back!

Great location! Justin's team was great and easy to communicate with. Breakfast was great. Grocery shopping request prior to arrival was easily confirmed and completed. Walking distance to just about anywhere you'd like to go in San Miguel. Communication style was great through the app messaging platforms. Anything that you need, just ask, and they will help satisfy the request.
