Simona is an amazing host. The place was exactly what we wanted, felt right at home. Cooked amazing meals in that kitchen!! One of us works remotely so seeing the WiFi was super strong (186mbps) we had no trouble at all. She gave us loads of recommendations and the town is perfectly in the middle to enjoy a lot of the surrounding areas in just a short drive. Highly recommend it and we will be back for sure. Thanks again Simona!!!

Piero was very responsive. The property was very well equipped and located on beautiful land - surrounded by vineyards and open space across a valley. It was centrally located for our daily trips around Umbria and surrounding regions. It was very easy to get there from Rome airport. Loved the ability to buy / taste their wine which was wonderful. We would definitely stay there again in our travels through Italy.

The house was very nice and fantastically located in nature. Very quiet and very clean. We felt very comfortable and welcome.

Our stay here was perfect! It is such a lovey Tuscan place that made us feel right at home. It is a short 10 minute walk from the center of Greve and it provides lovely views of the surrounding areas. Luana is very kind and quick to respond to our questions. We highly recommend this place for future guests! The only advice we can give for guests staying anywhere in Tuscany is to pick up some mosquito spray - they are everywhere.

We stayed at the property for the 2nd time! We enjoyed the wonderful surroundings and the apartment in the old Tuscan farmhouse again. This time we were 7 people - with a small bathroom including toilet a small challenge, but possible with good will! Thank you Mirko for letting us be your guests again!

Mario, Anna and Claudia are such a wonderful family and lovely hosts . They want to make sure you have the best stay ever. The beauty of this property and Siena itself is one you see in paintings . I was so sad to leave after 3 nights I asked if we could extend because I wish we booked longer ! Everything is breathtaking. This is the best booking we have made in our 13 years of marriage. You will not be disappointed. I am already planning our next trip back and thinking of renting the entire villa for that trip! Thank you for the best stay !!

Place is great..... Waking up in the morning and enjoying that view is priceless. There was everything in the house, especially in the kitchen. I think it is strategically located 20/30 from all the main attractions in the area.

very good welcome from Gianni and Franca who were very nice and available to meet our needs. The house is totally quiet, spacious and clean and well located for seeing the area. It is shared in an apartment and the outdoor spaces are organized accordingly, but we were the only ones so we had all the space which was very nice!

Truly a wonderful retreat amidst olive trees and fantastic scenery. The path over winding paths and gravel is worthwhile, because the place impresses with its fantastic tranquility. A huge pool with views over the valley, numerous birds, flowers... just beautiful.

It was so clean and the welcome drinks and coffee were so good. The bedding is clean and the bathroom is so clean. The food and wine at the restaurant was the best. I definitely want to stop by again next time I'm in Italy.

We stayed 3 nights at Ilaria's place. The house is in a quiet residential area of Abbadia, but still close to the center. We found the apartment in perfect condition, tidy and extremely clean, equipped with everything you need for your stay: products for personal hygiene, very well-stocked kitchen and also the necessary for breakfast as well as a nice bottle of 33 cl of welcome prosecco. Flexible and simple self check-in, still present if needed and responsive to our requests. Everything was perfect, Ilaria was an exceptional host!

Our wedding at Villa Cini was truly magical. The venue’s blend of natural beauty and elegance provided the perfect backdrop for our stay during the week and our special day. The gardens and stunning views created a fairy tale atmosphere and allowed to us have both an Indian wedding and an Italian Civil one. The arches ballroom, offered a romantic and inviting ambiance. We are incredibly grateful to have a chosen a place which has passed down for generations and has such a heartfelt attention to detail. There are so many positive things to say about our stay I don’t know where to begin. We were a group of 10 that stayed here. So much space and beautiful surroundings. Vicky greeted us on arrival and was very attentive to all my questions prior to arrival and during our stay. Her recommendations for drivers and chefs were top notch. We used Chianti taxi for our trips and their team was amazing! We also used Adriane at letspartiu for meal services. She delivered groceries to us on arrival and dinners during our stay. Everyone loved her meals that were delivered fresh and ready to eat. I highly recommend staying at Vicky’s place and using the driving services and meal service.

Our stay at Villa Chiara was nothing short of delightful. Nestled in the hills it offered a picturesque view of the Tuscan countryside. The villa itself was spacious and well maintained. It felt like home away from home. The pool and back patio are surrounded by lovely flowers, herbs and olive trees. Offering a spectacular view of the evening sunsets. The location was perfect to take short day trips to Siena, Florence and Montepulciano. Highly recommend for a serene, peaceful and relaxing getaway.

Villa Bellavista is a true gem in the heart of Chianti Classico. Its location, overlooking the beautiful "Conca d'oro" valley, offers stunning views and unforgettable sunsets. Surrounded by olive trees and vineyards, the villa provides complete privacy and peace. The spacious interior, with a large kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and a fully equipped bathroom, ensures a relaxing stay. The host was very helpful and always available. He provided a secure space to store our bikes, which was very convenient. The outdoor area, with a pool and relaxation space, is perfect for enjoying the Tuscan sun. The property is well-secured, making it ideal for guests with pets. The walk to Panzano in Chianti takes just a few minutes. Overall, this place is a perfect getaway with breathtaking scenery and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Lovely place in the middle of Tuscany. It’s a beautiful home. It’s about 30-60 minutes to get to all the major places in Tuscany. He made us a great dinner upon checking in as well!

Thank you!! We enjoyed our vacation with 9 friends! A little humid because of the weather, but the place is ideal in summer and comforting by the fire when the good weather is not present!

Our stay at Terra Antica was a dream. The location is perfect and the property and villa are exceptional. We were close enough to town to get to restaurants and shopping and then come back for some quiet relaxing time. There are numerous wineries to visit in the area. Day trips to other local towns are easy to do as well. The private jacuzzi was an extra bonus & we used it several times during our stay. We will be back again!

Lovely modern home in a beautiful, quiet town in southern Tuscany. We had a wonderful 8 days there with our 6 year old son.
