Cozy Larkspur Cab

The Cabaña is a detached 325 square feet studio apartment with a full bath and kitchenette located in our expansive front yard with a separate entrance for our guests. It is ideal for 1-2 travelers. There is a private patio which in warm weather extends the space. I have completely repainted the interior and redecorated with all new furnishings. There is a new bed and new plush firm mattress, new curtains and window shades, new lamps, leather chairs, refrigerator, microwave and toaster oven.

Shangri-La (Private Retreat w/ separate entrance)

Private getaway atop King Mt. A newly renovated 1920's lodge adjacent to open space and hiking trails yet close to Hwy 101, just 15 mins. to Golden Gate Bridge and 45 mins. to wine country. Quaint Larkspur has fabulous restaurants, boutique shops and a classic movie theater. Wonderful queen-bed w/separate loveseat, TV, full kitchen w/ seating, dining/work space, and outdoor seating with grill. There are 12 steps down to the unit, so tricky if you have mobility issues, patio entrance is brick.

Immaculate Vintage Airstream in Mill Valley

Capture the spirit of 1960s American wanderlust in a gleaming 1969 Airstream trailer. Painstakingly restored with period décor. We added our "aluminum guest house" to our back yard with a 100 foot crane! Quiet, green and private backyard. This modern Apartment in the hills of San Rafael is a total gem. If the spacious and well equipped modern kitchen doesn't sell you. Then the super comfortable bed will. With its own private and enclosed garden space. This clean and modern airbnb is super comfortable. There are shared access to washing facilities. This is a very quiet neighborhood apartment, but only a 10 minute walk away from downtown San Rafael. 25 minutes from San Francisco and Sonoma too. We do live above.

Beautiful furnished guesthouse located in east San Rafael, with a spectacular view of the water and Richmond Bridge. Located only a few minutes away from San Rafael downtown, where there is an abundance of coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. It is also walking distance from Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods. Beautiful Studio on lower level of our family home within walking distance to downtown San Rafael. Custom kitchen and bathroom with shower. The outdoor patio area is just for guests and is a great spot to sit in the evenings. Although we recommend a car - we are close to bus and ferry routes to San Francisco. Perfectly situated for hiking, mountain biking or trips to Napa Valley. Strictly no pets because of host’s allergies. There are stairs from street to the entrance.
