I chose this apartment on the first floor because I was traveling with someone who has difficulty climbing stairs, and it was a great decision. The location is perfect, just a few minutes from Guatapé Park, making it easy to explore the area effortlessly. The tranquility of the sector is ideal for resting, and it also has the convenience of being able to park the vehicle right in front of the apartment. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay; the accommodation complies with what it promises and I highly recommend it without hesitation.

The apt is perfect with everything we need, even coffee machine, drinking water dispenser, main room air conditioning Good location for exit to the puddles, always very attentive Richard and Yuli with perfect recommendations in addition to the restaurant in front and shop downstairs the only thing is that as it is in front of the main road there is noise, otherwise perfect

We were changed to a bigger apartment, so my opinion is just for the few minutes we were on this one. Place is clean and according to the photos. Location is good, is not in town but a 10 minutes walk from it.

The cabin is located atop one of the lanes of El Peñol, about 20-25 min from the village. It's a beautiful place, with an amazing view where you can see the Stone. The cabin is well equipped for a short stay, and is perfect for an end of tranquility. Both Darly and Milton were amazing, supremely friendly and aware of everything. Overall, highly recommended.

We loved our stay at De Verano's place. It was the perfect location for a serene vacation for our 12 member group. There was always some one who wasavailable to help us run errands. The assistants who came with the airbnb who helped with cooking and cleaning were also very helpful. They also helped us with some who took us to the town and brought us back. the property is in a pristine setting with breath taking views. We just loved it.

This is a pretty nice place. It does NOT have hot water. Not even slightly warm water. Don't plan on using that big bathtub that you see unless you want a cold plunge (without the sauna). The lack of hot water matches the amenities at the bottom of the list if you look down far enough. I guess I just assumed with that many showers and a huge tub that there would be hot water. Also, the beds are very hard. Don't plan on sleeping on your side. The owner was very nice and had quick communication. Overall, it is pretty nice. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Pretty nice view. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb if you don't mind cold showers and if you prefer firm mattresses. We ended up renting a different Airbnb halfway through.

Incredible place, wonderful scenery and spectacular house. The beds a little hard but I have no words to describe the place..a MARAVILLA. very kind Betty and Helena who welcomed us. In the rooms the perfume they put on was very rich but a little intense, it's just a detail... Definitely recommended.

Wonderful Stay at Stephen's Apartment! I recently stayed at Stephen's apartment in Medellín, and it was an incredible experience. The location is perfect—close to public transport and within walking distance to restaurants and attractions. The apartment itself is stylish, clean, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Stephen was an exceptional host, always responsive and helpful with recommendations for local spots to check out. The views from the balcony were stunning, especially at sunset. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like fresh towels and a guidebook with tips for exploring the city. I highly recommend staying at Stephen's place if you're visiting Medellín. I can't wait to return!

Great location nice place

Perfect for two couples. A plus is that it is adjacent to a hotel - was able to book a Guatape tours and use restaurant/bar. Apartment had everything needed - didn't have to buy water, as it also had a water filtered water dispenser. Didn't have a need to contact host often, but when we did, he responded right away. Close to main street and a quick cheap taxi to Provenza. A little over a mile to walk to metro station - there are two metro stations A line - Aguacatala and El Poblado. Apartment did look a little smaller than pictures, and we thought it had two balconies. There is only one. Plenty of hot water, however, you need to manipulate, the faucet, as it is either extremely hot or extremely cold - just prepare for it. Lastly, the apartment is situated on a hill, so if you plan on walking around, just know that you will have a steep hill to get back from main road - may want to take a cheap taxi back. Would definitely consider staying again.

An excellent apt matches the description, Mrs. Gloria is very kind, her daughter still gave us precise directions for metro trips and they were willing to help and give us an explanation of everything. Would stay here again without a doubt in this apto. Thank you very much

I really enjoyed staying at the apartment. The location was safe and convenient to restaurants and stores. The apartment was clean and well organized. Carolina was very quick and efficient in terms of communication. I would definitely stay there again!

This Airbnb was so worth it! We wanted a more peaceful stay without being too far from the parque Sabaneta and that’s exactly what we found in this Airbnb. The walk can be a challenging since it is on hills. But we don’t mind that. Although the cafe at the restaurant was not open during our stay, we did find this amazing cafe down the road called Ozzy. The apartment was clean and Melissa was very welcoming and helpful. She responded quickly to any questions.
