Very good experience, the apartment, had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped with microwave, oven, ceramic hob, toaster, coffee maker… It had a garage which was very useful. It was a second without an elevator but that was no problem. Begoña was very friendly, giving clear instructions about the stay. Also, we had a problem with the bathroom and it was immediately available and helped us resolve it quickly, which was to be thankful. The only downside I see is that the kitchen was not very clean, there was dust and grease in some areas, the rest of the apartment was spotless.

We had 4 days and the experience was great. The house is tastefully decorated and has everything you need. The setting, and the village are beautiful. The beach is around. And Elena and Javier were very nice. Totally recommendable. A space that breathes magic and charm in equal measure.

Iulian is a wonderful host, he is really caring and has very good tips on where to go. His place is really lovely and cozy and he keeps it top notch. The apartment is nicely decorated and it’s fully equipped to make you feel right at home. He was also very welcoming and kind to accept our dog. We had a very nice stay and we highly recommend it.

It's been wonderful from minute 1!! At the time I made the reservation, she already sent me the location, areas to dine and where to see a beautiful sunset. Upon arrival, she made suggestions on what to do in those 3 days. America is super attentive and very nice and on top of that, super attentive to everything: the apartment had everything, it was super well equipped. She left us more than enough towels, even beach towels, breakfast items for all tastes, spare paper towels and cleaning supplies, even board games and things for the beach. In addition, the apartment is beautiful, it is very nicely decorated, and super well cared for. If anyone wants to go to Suances, I recommend staying there because you'll feel right at home. Come with 5 friends looking to enjoy cantabria and spend a relaxing weekend. The stay met the expectations, especially highlighting the garden and the barbecue. The accommodation is close to other villages of tourist interest and is located near the beach. The host was very pleasant at all times and catered to our needs

Charo was fantastic, the duplex is beautiful with great views, super nice stay, swimming pool, jacuzzi and fantastic surroundings. A plus is the parking space in the same building. A 10 for the stay. Thank you for your kindness, Charo.

Very nice and spacious house and very nice see view. Close to all amenities of Liencres, which we also liked a lot. We had really enjoyable stay there, short, but really nice.

We had a great week in Carlos's apartment, everything is just like the photos, Carlos is always attentive to anything you might need. When going with my dog, she took it into account and offered us plans to include her. Would definitely be back enchanted! Be mindful of two flights of stairs of about 10-12 steps. Surely we'll see you again, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Indeed, the views are incredible from the terrace as well as from the house. The accommodation is very well equipped: coffee, garbage bag, towels and sheets, shower gel... The only downside is the bedding. The bed in the parental room is small, not very stable and the mattress is not of quality. But it's erased compared to everything else. We had no contact with the host, only a message to tell us where the keys were and another to let us know the checkout time. A small binder with house instructions and tips for shops and restaurants would be nice. We had a great holiday Cantabria is beautiful!

This place is stunning, if you surf it’s just dreamy. Depending on the forecast you may need to walk the beach a bit to find the right waves for your skill level but knowing you can walk to the beach, surf, and then walk back to your home is just the best. Due to the price it’s not a place we will stay regularly but it’s perfect for a special occasion.

We took this place overnight, Carlos responded immediately and had no problem accepting our arrival time even though it was late and welcoming our puppies. We were very comfortable and quiet, ideal place to rest. Quiet place.

Estela met us at the apartment to show us around. She was very helpful and friendly. The apartment was spacious and well furnished with great views out over the harbour. It was quiet and very clean. There is safe car parking outside the entrance, and shops and supermarkets not far away. I would thoroughly recommend staying here as this is a wonderful place. Conchi is a very helpful and nice person. When we needed some information, he always responded quickly. The house is cozy and in a perfect location: 20 meters from the sea, close to restaurants, supermarkets, ... it is very quiet. There are some essential amenities such as a hairdryer, clothes rack, mosquito repellent and electric heater. We loved it and we'll be back!

A last minute booking led us to discovering this property and location, if you want wild beach and not a lot more it is perfect. Supermarkets are only a 15 mins away. For autumn surf it was simply epic

The place was modern and very well equipped and by far one of the most amazing vacation rentals we've had so far and really great for a family of four. There were two bedrooms with great beds, two bathrooms, a kitchen-living room and a balcony with an amazing view of San Vincente de la Barquera. The first two days were quite fresh and we had to try something to get the hot water heater going, there is a switch (light switch) in the kitchen, which either turns on the extractor hood or the boiler. A description for use in English would be very helpful. We had great holidays and will definitely be back. You feel at home, with great waves for surfing.
