An amazing house facing the sea. The beach downstairs! No danger, easy with children. A beautiful terrace and beautiful garden. This is a really nice environment. Be careful for those who want to sleep... a little noisy (bar and music until late at night but that's the price to pay to have such a beautiful house ) provide quiescent balls, which we had anticipated! Same in the morning there is the noise of those who clean the beach. Other than that, great welcome from Fabrizio and very nice seaside resort with good restaurants. A unique place! I recommend it and hope to return one day!

Our stay was very satisfying. Cinzia's house is very large with spacious and comfortable rooms and a spacious and well-stocked kitchen. The outdoor space is really nice, too bad we weren't able to make the most of the winter season. Cinzia and her husband were kind and helpful. More than recommended.

Claudia's apartment was great. Everything was as described. A large balcony. Clean and well-equipped. Coffee and tea available when you arrive. Very good welcome from Claudia who is very friendly and always responds to messages very quickly. Apartment is located 2 steps from the beach. Large sand beach. Parking space. City bike available for strolling through Cervia, and it's lovely. You can get everywhere by bike, even shopping. Supermarket at 5 minutes. On Cervia for Ironman, the apartment is 1.5 km from the departure. Which is great because it is nearby but quiet and far from the hustle and bustle. Recommended Claudia's place.

Nice apartment in a very good position. Close to the beach, on the street full of trees and shops, but in a calm area. Great benefit is a big terrace with you private space. Francesco is a great and welcome host. He provided us with a tips for walks, restautants, shops... He introduced us the rules, everything great prepared a sent details by phone. We had about 3 extra requests to solve and he was always kind and ready to fulfill our wish.

It was a wonderful discovery.. although we already knew the area we decided to take this trip at the last minute and consequently looked for an accommodation for us and our 2 children.. impeccable organization the apartment is very nice with everything you need nearby and the underground parking with the elevator that goes directly to the floor is a great comfort. The most beautiful thing was waking up and having breakfast with a beautiful sea view!! Value for money.. fantastic..

Lovely home in a quiet and peaceful location with incredible views. We got everything we needed for a long stay. The place was perfectly clean and stocked with absolutely all the household little things to make it feel like home. The host was always available and happy to help us when the need arose. We had a very nice holiday thanks to Lorena. The location of the apartment is perfect: both close to the beach and close to the city. We felt very comfortable with the enclosed parking space. The apartment was very clean and well thought out. Absolutely recommended.

We were welcomed very warmly and friendly upon arrival by Paola. Thanks again to Paola. The apartment is centrally located. The beach and many restaurants can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The old town of Rimini and the train station are also a 10-15 minute walk. The apartment itself was very clean and spacious. Endless room for luggage. Contacts before and after departure were always answered very quickly and reliably. La Casina dei Fichi is therefore highly recommended.
