Family-friendly holiday rentals in Sand Dunes

Absolutely loved Marcelo’s place. We are a young family of 4 (with a 1 and 3 year old) and it suited us perfectly. The location is brilliant, right in the middle of Buzios and really easy to Uber everywhere. The house itself is beautiful, really homely with an amazing kitchen set up. Great if you plan to stay in some nights, which we did with small kids. Marcelo made it really special though. He was a fantastic host, gave us tonnes of really helpful recommendations and always responded immediately. He even sent us a focaccia on our first morning which was delicious. Would definitely stay again if in Buzios!

Wonderful house, very comfortable and with excellent structure. The communication was great at all times. The team that stays in the house is excellent!

Our stay was perfect! The house is exactly the same as in the photos, and has everything we needed, (water purifier, sandwich maker, coffee maker, blender, microwave, electric iron, cooler and beach chairs, among other utensils). The air-conditioning in the rooms works perfectly, it's very cold, we didn't miss anything! Toninho is a nice guy, he welcomed us with a morning snack and gave us several good tips for walking around the region!

Maravilhosa! The house is amazing and even more beautiful than in the pictures. It has a stunning view, a space that allows you a complete integration, in addition to making all the equipment available for a great stay (pans, cutlery, linens and clean towels). Township looks like it was renovated a short time, all brand new. The host is flexible and super attentive, responds super fast. We love and we will definitely return.

The apartment is amazing. The accommodation is on the top floor (4th I think), they call it "coverage". It has 3 habs as seen in the photos, each with its own bathroom (plus another complimentary one). It has the best view of Praia Grande de Arraial which is the most beautiful area to stay!Critique? Only that the apartment has some things that with better maintenance could be improved, but they do not influence the beauty and comfort of that place, like some broken outlet or some window that we did not manage to open, or a window that we found covered with wood but suppose was a previous accident. Those details didn't matter!because the place is really beautiful, the quality of its furniture is very good. The jacuzzi is the best to enjoy the sunset and the terrace the best to enjoy breakfast. Super comfortable beds, extremely complete equipment, sea in eyes, sea air circulating throughout the apartment, etc made us love our step through Arraial!!

This was my second time renting this house from Pedro for my family. It’s in a great location, close to a number of restaurants, shopping, and beaches. Pedro is very responsive and the house was exactly as described/pictured. We look forward to coming back again soon!

Dona Rosângela is super attentive, she responds quickly to our messages. She prepared the house with great care to welcome us, the house was very clean and smelled good, the kitchen was fully equipped with all utensils, a very cozy house, I felt at home … 5 minutes walk there is a beautiful lagoon, the internet is perfect .. my family and I loved our stay and we will certainly return . We loved Danuza's house, the mother was super nice, she treated us very well, the house is great, beautiful view, I made videos of the sunrise every day lol excellent location, very safe, quiet neighborhood, it was very worth it, and we have already recommended it to other people, who have already asked us about the house, we will certainly return.

We had a wonderful time staying at Felipe's. He and his family were super communicative and helpful, giving us lots of recommendations and tips for the area. The house is AMAZING. There is a SAUNA (in addition to the pool). The house looks out on water in both directions (front and back). It's truly an incredible little spot. It felt very private, secluded, and tranquil. My only complaint.... is that we can't stay there forever. Thanks Felipe!

What an amazing house! I went to take a couple of friends from sp to meet Buzios and could not have chosen a better stay! Home with everything we need, cosy, clean and well located. Very attentive Anderson, I disturbed him by message and he always asks with our doubts. I'll be back more often for sure!

We love the place, super cozy, well clean and decorated. It is not close to the center, but the place is super quiet, has very close commerce and is of Super easy access. Excellent cost-benefit, super recommend

The house is great for rest: for its pool, Gourmet sector, comfort of the rooms and condominium with amenities. 10 minutes from downtown Buzios by super frequent charter if you want. Y and with a wonderful beach across the street. Highly recommended, especially for going with children

We stayed for the second time at Casa das Palmeras and the experience was excellent. The house is just 150 meters from the beach and about 15 minutes from the tourist areas, so I recommend renting a car. The house is very nice, with a charming exterior and comfortable bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The pool, at about 32 degrees, was a great success for our children, as well as being deeper than it looks in the photos. The garden is a place to enjoy, full of greenery, flowers and bananas, which my children could enjoy directly. The common areas and bedrooms were clean, although some details such as improving the kitchen counters and faucets could help. The staff was very friendly, especially Jussuara, who took care of the maintenance, and the gentleman who takes care of the pool. They made us feel right at home. It is undoubtedly an ideal place for families looking for tranquility, a beach without crowds and a cozy atmosphere.

The house is very nice and with all the amenities, very spacious and suitable for a large family. The pool was a plus and always clean. The kitchen with all the necessary utensils. The location is very good, in a condominium on the main avenue of Buzios, a quiet and safe area. To get to the center you still have to walk about 15 to 20 minutes, but if you are in a car it is much better, the same with the beaches. Alexandre was very attentive to my questions, always responding on time and with great kindness. We really enjoyed our stay, it was excellent!! If I could, I'd stay right there again.
