Holiday rentals in Sand Hill

Mitch’s place was in pristine condition and offered amazing views! The private space was just what I needed for a peaceful weekend in the mountains. Pictures do this place no justice as it’s more stunning in person! Mitch was a great host and I really look forward to my next stay!

Great cottage get away! It really felt like our own little cottage in Asheville. The location is private and out of the city, but still close enough to enjoy Asheville. The cottage was clean and well stocked. The host were quick to respond and made check in, extending our stay, and check out easy and hassel free. We will definitely be staying here on our next trip to Asheville!

Ana’s place was clean and as pictured! Ana was responsive. The location was relaxing!

We had a great stay at Barry & Sherry’s place! It was one of the only places I found that would let my 2 dogs stay without any extra rules. I will add that there is a dog that runs free across the road. I’m assuming to keep the wildlife away, which I am fine with just caught us off guard walking our dogs our first night there. Location wise its perfect! It was easy to get in and out to Asheville, and about an hour-ish to the waterfalls. I would recommend staying here especially if you have dogs.

My wife and I wanted to have a little get away for our 6 year anniversary, and we’re so glad we chose Julie’s place. It was super pretty inside and out, it was in a very quiet and relaxing area. Not only that but the view of the mountains and landscape from the sunroom, as well as the patio was absolutely gorgeous. My wife thoroughly enjoyed the tub, and how relaxing it was to soak in it. I loved most how Julie is dog friendly and our furry child loved running around in the dog yard. We are most definitely going to be planning to return again soon. wonderful little place secluded off the road. Kitchen appliances and cookware, nice bathroom, very comfortable bed, nice tv, laptop desk. 10 minute walk to a grocery store. 15 minute walk to Main Street shops and restaraunts.

This place was perfect exactly as described. They gave perfect directions up the mountain. Though the road seems daunting at first once you find where you are going with the perfect instructions from the hosts it’s really not that hard if you have a car with clearance. Once you get to the top the views are unbeatable and it is so quiet and peaceful. This is a trip we are definitely doing again and for sure staying here! 10/10 stay

I had a great stay/experience. Me and my crew needed a place to stay and they got us in with no problem at such late timing on my part. The home is in a beautiful peaceful location, it was very clean and felt like home. I will be looking forward staying here again in the near future!

Really nice spot to stay near Asheville, private and well equipped! Great for long stays.
