Holiday rentals in Sandford

We stayed for three nights at this beautiful, almost brandnew home and liked it a lot. Everything was crystal clean, very cozy and quiet at night and day. The kitchen is very well equipped so we were able to prepare nice breakfasts and dinners. The bedroom and bathroom are both very spaceous as is the living room. The host Karina was absolutely friendly and also her dad, who was our neighbor. Karina prepared a very lovely welcome package with some treats – really really kind. Thank you for having us. We would come back anytime.

We were so pleased with our stay! Beautiful location, wonderful sandy bottom lake, privacy, comfort, very well equipped kitchen. We will definitely book again!

Every step of the way - John was a a great communicator, making sure we had all the information we needed for our visit and the surrounding area. His cozy get away, is surrounded by beautiful nature, very private and yet only 10 minutes from the town of Annapolis Royal with all the amenities. The open fireplace, with lots of DRY wood and kindling was a bonus as the weather was stormy during our visit. John also checked in with us a few times to make sure we could get in and out of the driveway during the storm. 2 lovely balconies would be perfect in the summer for sitting out and looking into the trees - and which we were able to use this trip for barbequeing in the snow storm:) Very dog friendly as located off the main road and km of trails right out the door for walking off leash or snowshoeing. Would absolutely return at any time of year!

What a beautiful place to stay! Denise welcomed us, and took us on a tour of the house. Her house is equipped with everything you need, it was awesome. the home was clean and very comfortable. The nature cant be beat! The sky at night is of course incredible, as is the beach right across the road. Beautiful stones, a rockhound would have a ball. I cannot wait to go back!

This was a great spot for a girls get away on beautiful Mavillette beach. The four bedrooms and 2.5 baths were very convenient for the group. This is an older home that has been nicely renovated.

Unfortunately, due to health circumstances, we were unable to stay at Shelly’s place. However, communication with Shelly was excellent, she is very compassionate and understanding, and I look forward to staying at her place in the future.

Our stay was amazing and we have no complaints. We would definitely book this spot again! Check in and check out were simple and the host was quick to respond. All of the rooms in the house are bright with natural light and there is a view of the ocean from the living room. The kitchen had everything we needed and a big fridge. The gate to barricade the stairs was very handy to keep the children safe. The yard was well kept and included various gardens. Lots of space both inside and out. You can walk down the road to the ocean in about ten minutes. Thank you for a great week!

We had a wonderful 5 day stay. So peaceful, quiet and restful. Spectacular sunsets. The cottage was well appointed. Everything was in working order and easy to operate. Easy access which was great for my 97 year old mother. Melissa has certainly earned and is deserving of the title super host. She was easy to reach, extremely helpful and went out of her way to make connections for us in the community.
