Beachside cottage only steps from the beach

In the garden of our beachfront home, is our studio cottage. Beautiful Chelsea beach is just out the gate. Our studio cottage has a full kitchen with dishwasher and bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet. The main room has a large TV, double sofa bed, single sofa bed and comfy queen bed. There is NO separate bedroom. A dining table with up to 4 chairs. There is a washing machine also. The courtyard has a covered pergola with outdoor furniture Children's playground park close by

This comfortable, spacious house will be the perfect place for families to enjoy, relax and unwind. Recently added Spa/Pool with fully decked outdoor living and dining areas. Furnished with beautiful furniture and good quality appliances. The beach is only a 3-4 min walk away. Close proximity to the main st with a lovely 15 min walk along the beach. 3 Bedrooms with a bunk in the 3rd room and trundle allows for extra space for all the family. Lots of living areas for all!

BEACH, WATER VIEWS, cosy gas log-fire & Netflix - with a spa bath to soak in! This apartment has aircon for summer and a cosy fire & blankets for winter. Queen bed in master (open plan) & 2 singles or king bed in 2nd bedroom, plus beautiful styling with luxury linen. My place is not new but full of character & charm in white & blue mediterranean tones. It's your perfect beach spot with a balcony & walking distance to many great restaurants. Whilst we can’t guarantee a private beach, this is as close as you will get. 15 minutes walk 1.5KM from town, with a safe and quiet swimming beach right at your front door. 3 bedrooms with queen beds upstairs, 2 bathrooms, a modern kitchen downstairs with a bar / second kitchen upstairs, 2 living room's BBQ area, and a balcony with awesome bay views. (Downstairs 4th Bedroom for the mobility impaired on request) You will never want to leave St Leonards on the Beach.
