Family-friendly holiday rentals in Sandstone Point

What a lovely time we had here at Linda & Bernie’s apartment. It is very clean & comfortable & most things are provided for comfort. There is ample storage space in the bedrooms & bathrooms as well as in the kitchen. The balcony was a wonderful space to enjoy a morning coffee & the study nook was the perfect size to put our baby in the portacot we brought. Gated private parking was an added bonus. A very minor negative was that we arrived outside of the very limited hours for checkin & if we hadn’t run into a guest on our arrival, we would not have known how to get into the building or make the lift work. Maybe some better signage in those spaces would be helpful. Overall, a very pleasant holiday was had by all in our party.

Wonderful location, right at the boat doc. You can watch the dolphins come in each night right from your private balcony. Air conditioner works amazing, and fans on the balcony was a great touch for the hot days.

Beautiful clean apartment in the heart of North Lakes. Walkable to shops, cafes and restaurants. Safe parking and lovely large pool. Would highly recommend.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this AirBnB and couldn't be happier with our experience. The place was incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind. One of the highlights of our stay was the breathtaking view, which added a special touch to our mornings and evenings. Everything was spotless and clean, making us feel comfortable and at home from the moment we arrived. The host was also very accommodating and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Well equipped unit in a lovely complex. Brilliant location, walking distance to wonderful parks, amazing restaurants excellent shopping complex, movies and medical precincts.

Highly recommend this stay. We usually stay at the Villas, this unit was much better. Modern decor, walkability and very large unit. Exceptional view. Beautiful place to stay on your Moreton Island holiday.

Super cute and a truely lovely secluded experience. The train station was literally at the end of the street but we never heard any train action. We found ourselves wanting to get back to the studio to relax in their studio. The entrance is an exotic Brisbane forest experience, twas brilliant :D such a shame we had to leave

Jack and Marion’s place was wonderful for our family. It was spacious for the 5 of us. Nothing over complicated, easy hosts to communicate with and extremely friendly. My kids absolutely loved the games cupboard. The weather was rainy when we arrived so this occupied them until we managed a beach walk. Perfectly situated for our purpose - Anzac Day. The Redcliffe RSL is a 5 minute drive down the road. Cannot speak highly enough of our stay - it felt like a home. Thank you Jack and Marion. We hope to stay again - most likely for another Anzac Day adventure!

Stephen's place was the perfect homely stay we could have asked for. We had to book last minute as our long term accommodation move in date had been extended. Stephen was quick to respond and accommodating to our requests. The house felt like a home and had everything we could have asked for: dog bed, high chair, kids table and chairs, toys galore and a very well equipped kitchen with a stocked fridge and pantry. The location was very close to The Great Western, making Grocery shopping easy. Overall it was the perfect accommodation with an amazing host.

Gail was an awesome host. Communication was very prompt, clear directions and instructions for check in and check out. The house was perfect for our family and the location was safe and quiet. Loved that it was pet friendly. Would highly recommend to others

Jacks place was the perfect setting for our creative family. The eclectic choices in decor and art made us feel right at home. With a wonderful outdoor entertainment area, it truly felt like a villa pool. Easy to walk to quaint cafes and shops or head into the city by train. Kate was a fantastic host! We booked her home for a few employees who were working nearby. Due to changes happening on site, we had to make amendments to our booking. Kate was so understanding and helped us massively with changing the dates around for us. She couldn't have been more accommodating!! The employees were happy and had no complaints during their stay. We would definitely book again if back in the area. Highly recommend. Thanks again Kate! :)

This is the second time I've stayed at Tracey's place it's easy to get to everything. I will stay there if it's available next time I'm down.

We highly recommend staying at Amanda and Craig’s beautiful Samford Lakes cottage. We had the best weekend getaway! We got to bring our little bulldog along which made it even more special. There is so much to do aswell. We spent the day playing tennis, swimming in the massive pool, rowing the boat along the lake and even having pizza out of their poolside pizza oven. We loved chatting with Amanda and Craig and hearing Craig’s stories with a glass of wine and a freshly cooked pizza. The room was absolutely stunning too. It was very spacious and looked over the lake and the lillypads. You can even see the cows across the water. We absolutely loved using the massive bath, waking up an having a coffee on the huge veranda overlooking the water, playing board games by the fireplace and running around the property with our fur baby. John was also incredible and gave great recommendations and helped us set up some activities. Couldn’t recommend it high enough. Can’t wait to return.

We couldn’t have asked for better!!! Unfortunately the weather wasn’t amazing the entire time. But with the apartment being so amazing and games which were great for the whole family really saved us. Would have been great if The place had Netflix but we cannot complain. Thank you soooooo much!!!

We had a fantastic stay at Judith and Barry’s place. The cottage was perfect for us as a family of four - two adults and two young kids. The pool is beautiful, with an amazing outlook over the lake, which you can take paddle boats out on. They were the perfect hosts, easy to deal with and always on hand to help with anything we needed. Can’t wait to stay again soon!

We loved staying here and the location was perfect for visiting family nearby. The house was spotlessly clean and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed using the pool! Sharon and Claire were amazing at keeping in touch. Their communication is excellent and we wouldn't hesitate in staying again in the future. We liked the the nearby Everton Plaza just a short drive away where you will find supermarkets, shops and restaurants.

Great location with cafes/restaurants close by, quite location with great views, a vehicle is advised for further cafes/restaurants/market activities with public transport out the front.

Beths Villa at Tangalooma was fabulous. Perfect location not too far from all the facilities at the resort but not too close either! The villa itself is comfortably furnished with all that you need and sparkling clean. It was magic to wake up with the gorgeous view across Moreton Bay’s sparkling turquoise waters. And Beth’s communication was just brilliant 5* all the way Thanks Beth

We really enjoyed staying at the apartment. Plenty of room for the whole family. Will definitely book again.
