Holiday rentals in Sandy Bay

My friends and I visited Helena’s place and it was just perfect! It was clean and she had a lovely hamper for us that we all enjoyed. The location was perfect and extremely walkable to the city. It rained for an entire afternoon on our stay but we chose to stay in and there were so many options of movies, games and books that kept us entertained. I would definitely come back :))

Adam was responsive, helpful and willing to go out of his way to help us. The house was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed as a family. Fully functioning kitchen was also helpful. Highly recommended and we will be staying again!

Lovely flat in a super location , also it is well equipped and beautifully furnished, has comfortable beds, clean throughout, great view and the secure parking for two cars is an additional bonus.

A beautiful property in a gorgeous location, we would love to stay for longer next time. Hosts were extremely helpful and informative, and the home was fully equipped. We arrived very late at night, our lovely hosts had provided milk, tea and coffee for us, the whole house was warm, and the beds extremely cosy

I stayed at Orlando Cottage for a NY getaway and it was perfect. The accomodation had everything you would need (incl. toiletteries, cooking salt, pepper, oil, T bags etc) and the hosts even kindly supplied a bag of treats and some milk. After a long day walking, a quick check in and a hot cuppa with 0 faff are so so needed! The location is ideal - an easy 20 min walk into Sidmouth and handy (car wise) to all the other local villages and attractions. I wouldnt hesitate to revisit and/or recommend this place and the hosts. Thank you!

The cottage was perfect for a family getaway. It had everything we needed and more ( thanks for the beach chairs). Fixtures and fittings all top class, especially the beds. We loved being able to pop to the end of the small road and be at the waters edge. Nick was quick to respond when we messaged and he checked in a couple of times to make sure we were ok and to see if we needed anything. This was above and beyond our expectations- thank you Nick! We hope to stay again and share Shaldon with the rest of the family.

The house was beautiful! It was clean and modern and had all the amenities that we needed for a week stay. The rooms were extremely spacious. The garden was private and enclosed which was great for the kids and dogs. The local shop and pub were great! Beautiful stay in Otterton!

Had a booking cancelled at short notice and had to find an alternative sharpish.. found this one and the host was back to us straight away and remained in regular contact. Directions and getting in were easy and we even got notification that the accommodation was ready early. Very clean and comfortable inside - nice and cozy Great job by the host.
