Holiday rentals in Sandy Ground

This was my second time staying at Matthew’s place, and it was just as wonderful as the first! The home is always spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The location is perfect—close to all the main attractions and within walking distance to an amazing restaurant right by the beach. Matthew is an excellent host, super responsive and accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I will definitely be back again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

When visiting Anguilla, look no further than Tranquility Beach! These beachfront condo was everything we imagined. Pictures/videos does this beauty no justice. Perfect ambience as the decor is modern while still having the touch of the Caribbean. Enjoyed waking up in the mornings to a pristine light blue water beach before ever lifting my head from my pillow. Steps from the quiet beach. The staff are all amazing and treat you like family instead of tourists. All your needs, reservations, bookings, etc are taken care of as soon as you inquire within the staff. You’re placed in a WhatsApp group chat and whatever you need is provided literally in minutes! We had a great stay. Sylvia was very easy to work with. Pool and beach steps from your condo. The condo has everything you would need and is in a location that puts you close to all Simpson Bay has to offer. Easy drive to other beaches. 30 min to Orient Bay. Would stay again.

A massive thank you to Rosi and Jaap!! The location was very private, easy to find, spacious, clean, and beautiful. Felt very safe! The apartment had everything we needed, hosts were very quick and responsive. Anytime we needed assistance the hosts were wonderful and very kind. Absolutely beautiful view, very comfy, and was one of our favorite airbnbs we have stayed in. If we visit again, we would definitely stay here!

We loved our stay at sea la vie. The place was just as described and in the perfect location. After looking at many different places and knowing the area better now, I think we picked the best place! The pool and view are incredible and it had everything we needed to escape the harsh northern winter. We wish we could have stayed longer and hope to be back.

Jackie and Carlos are very accommodating and were really helpful when we extended our stay. The place is in a great location, it is a quick walk to the beach, numerous delicious restaurants and grocery stores. It was great to have the pool to ourselves most days. I would absolutely stay here again the next time I visit the island!

Had a beautiful stay at this villa. Very clean, beautiful view, perfect location. We had everything needed provided, fully equipped villa. Nice big bedrooms, with very comfortable beds. I’ve been to a few villas/ condos in st-marteen, I always find issue with their mattresses and bedding, this villa here did not cheap out on their bedding; great restful sleep. Jamila was readily available throughout the stay, always communicating quickly with me, and welcomed us as well to show us around on the first day; greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend this villa to anyone for an enjoyable stay on beautiful st-marteen
