Nice flat, good location in Nea Kallikratia. It was very good for family with two kids. Flat is very well equiped with all that you need, kitchen also. AC is also possible but we don’t use it too much. Wifi is very good for greek appartments. Thank you!

If you're looking for peaceful and quiet vacation this is the right place. Beach and private pool are just few steps away, apartment have everything you need and host is great! We had a wonderful stay. The Appartement was well equipped. We loved the lovely decoration and the comfortable firniture which made the Appartemebt very cozy. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden (our kids loved the playground). The host was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

An ideal place to relax, with welcoming hosts, a quiet, comfortable and intimate location, with the possibility of choosing several pleasant ways of spending your time: a beautiful wild beach is nearby, and a walk of about 5 minutes are numerous restaurants and bars with the impeccably landscaped beach area. We had a great stay at Kostantinos' place. The location is perfect, a 5-10 min walk from the center of Nea Moudania, where you can find nice restaurants and shops. It is a 50 min drive to Thessaloniki center. It is a great location to visit towns at the different peninsula's (Afytos, Nea Fokea, Parthenonas etc). The house has a beautiful garden, which you share with one other couple. Communication with Konstantinos was great. He is a kind host and he even gave us a bottle of whine. We would recommend this place.

We really enjoyed our time here. The house was beautifully located in a quiet pebbly beach. The neighborhood was quiet, even in mid-June. It was really fun to cook outside on the terrace, and there were lots of pleasant areas to lounge. A few kitchen amenities would be helpful if you are going to cook at the villa- dish soap, sponge, paper towels.

A one-of-a-kind home very comfortable to graze people (there were seven of us with big kids) . Any request was answered immediately . The landlords were nice service and responded to every request immediately. Check all the time we are ok . Take care of the trees for the fireplace and cleanliness during your stay. The house is in a pleasant and calm environment. Rest within driving distance on both sides of the island and not very far from Thessaloniki. We had a stunning and special visit from all the homes we've been so far

Everything was very nice. The view impressed us all, the kitchen and living room are spacious and well furnished. The beds were comfortable and the linen clean. We will definitely come back here. 😍

Had a wonderful stay at Nelli’s place! It had everything we needed, with small but well-organized bedrooms on the second floor. The beach is within walking distance, or you can easily drive there. Aurora was incredibly friendly and kept the place spotless during our stay!

The house itself and the place were great, I can say that it was the best house I stayed in, you have an electric charging station in the house and you don't need anyone, the charging station gave us a great convenience and the host did not charge us any fees, there is everything you can think of in the house, including ps 5, and they are all very new, we saw the host all the time, he responded immediately to what we asked

Nebojsa was an excellent host, very hospitable, from the moment we booked this house he was always in touch with us, answering every question we had about the house as well as the place where we were staying. The house is amazing, literaly there is everything you can possibly need and imagine. Also it has a great view on the see from the pool and the balcony. There is a nice garden and a barbacue near the pool which we used every day. It has no wi-fi, but we menaged to solve that by buying local sim card. Beaches nearby are amazing, mostly we used car to get to them, but you can go by foot to a beach near the house, which is wild. I highly recommend visiting Afytos, it is a beautiful little town, not far away when you have car, and underneath the city (which is in the hill) you have amazing beaches with blue crystal see. All in all , i highly recommend booking this house and injoying al it's amenities.

In short: absolutely great! Paraskevi and her husband are wonderful hosts and almost the icing on the cake for the beautiful and super clean property. Familiar, warm, open, you are welcomed here and really feel right at home. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and invites you to linger. A very nice beach section is super quick to reach by car. Here you can find loungers for a drink. The walk to the promenade with many good taverns is also short. I would have liked to have stayed much longer. Therefore, an absolute recommendation from me and thanks again for the wonderful time!

That place is absolute hidden paradise with gorgeous and unforgettable views from the balcony I would dare to say , the pictures on Airbnb site does not really represent the astonishing 180 degrees panorama so the only thing you need to do is to verify my words by booking the apartment, there will be no slim chance to get disappointed The spot is between 2 small villages which is top to my standards , quite and peaceful and only 3-4 kilometres from everything you would possibly need - fruit& vegetable stores , fresh fish & shellfish, bakery etc There are of course ultimate beaches around and 1.25-2h to all Halkidiki fingers by car Another host of Airbnb who undoubtedly increase the standards and put its rating to highest level Thank you !

Great place to stay in a well-situaled locaotion close to supermarkets, restaurants, a local beakery, and only 5 min. walk from the beach. The jacuzzi is defently a plus. Only the instructions on how to use it could have been clearer (printed manual). Also the sink in the bathroom was clogged and it always drained very slowly. Unfortunately, the washing machine was broken and couldn't be used - though, it was manageable for the short stay. Besides that, it is a comfortable and modern apartment with a huge balcony that invites you to have breakfasts or dinner. Would recommend staying if you want to relax in a place with tasteful furnishing , but it is on the higher end of the price range compared to all the apartments in the area.

The apartment is just as described, quite comfortable and convenient for a family with two small children. It is close to the city center. We drove to the beaches, but if you prefer to walk, it's probably around 15 minutes. We had everything we needed to prepare a meal, including a large refrigerator and a well-equipped bathroom. The only thing that might be improved is the mattresses, which could be a bit more comfortable :) Highly recommended, and if we come again, we'll stay here :)

Pety's Place was amazing. Pety and her husband were super friendly from the moment we booked the apartment. Kid friendly, very clean. A quick two minute walk, and you are at the beach. Would definitely recommend staying there to anyone. We will definitely be booking when we return to Greece again! very spacious 3 bedroom apartment with 3 king-size beds. My four daughters slept comfortably with no problems sharing a bed. bonus air conditioning in each bedroom, however, with the ocean being so close doors and windows open was all you needed. ❤️
