Family-friendly holiday rentals in Sanibel

Thanks for a great Florida stay! The home was clean and provided all the necessary amenities we wanted. It was great to come back and unwind in the pool at night. Some of the home amenities and fixtures are a little "dated", but everything was functional and clean. I'd recommend for others if in the area. Thanks again!

Great location. Pool was very warm. House was very clean. Walkable to the beach. Outdoor area was amazing. Tv in master room bedroom only but not a big deal.

We loved the house and how peaceful the neighborhood is. Great location near many restaurants and shopping, but still had a quiet stay. I would recommend having a rental car. The house was very clean and pictures are accurate. We enjoyed the lanai with comfortable seating, pool and hot tub. I would stay here again.

We had an incredible week in this lovely, inviting, relaxing slice of paradise!! Responsive and friendly hosts, lovely landscaping, private lanai with nice chaise lounge chairs and waterfall hot tub and pool! We were outside enjoying it every day. Comfortable sitting areas, beds, kitchen was stocked with all the dishes and pans we needed to make several meals. Location was great for walks. It exceeded expectations each day! the house was updated and very accommodating. we felt right at home. the outside amenities had the pool, jacuzzi, and an amazing area to sit outside and relax. beds were very comfortable. Alex had great communication and responded quickly. would not only recommend this house, but would stay here again.

My family met at FMB for Christmas and stayed at Andy’s house and it was just what we needed! The location is great, quick walk to the beach and restaurants and shops. The area is definitely still a mess from hurricane Ian, but places are starting to reopen and the beach is still lovely and clean. The house had everything we needed to cook meals and lots of stuff to take to the beach!

Beautiful spacious home in a great location. Easy walk to the beach, and close to shops and restaurants. Pool is heated to a comfortable temperature and lots of pool accessories. Katharine is a wonderful host, very responsive before and after check in. Would definitely return!

Brandi's place is wonderful! Great location, decorated beautifully, and so relaxing. This is my second stay, and I will keep returning. The best thing about this home is Brandi! She is so accommodating and just the nicest person which is what truly matters to me. Thank you again Brandi for everything :)

Spacious, clean, nice kitchen to cook if you desire. Ben reached out to give me entrance instructions and allowed me to check in a little early which was much appreciated after traveling. Good value.

Perfect place for our last minute stay! Just as described in the listing, Jerome was quick to answer the few questions I had. he even brought over a new Keurig when I realized the one we had wasn't working. 10/10 would stay here again!

At the start of our vacation, I had one question for Olav. He responded within 30 minutes. The home was neat, clean and so easy to work out of. Patio and pool were so relaxing. Nice patio view of the canal. Everything was close by. If we went back to this area, we would definitely want to stay in this same home.

Dorit and Top Florida is absolutely amazing. Very professional, helpful, and so accommodating for our family. Villa Pearl was a dream come true for us. So clean, very spacious, and had everything we would or want. Will definitely stay at Villa Pearl again and would definitely stay with a Top Florida property hosted by Dorit.

If you are looking for a quiet place to stay this is for you. The neighborhood was well kept. The view of the sunrise on the canal was beautiful. The house is large with many seating options. The location is very close to one of the Cape Coral bridges and it was very easy to get around the area.

Ingrid is a great host. The property is very comfortable. This was our second time booking this property -- and we were very happy to have the same great experience we did last year!

We love this place! Stayed here twice and will be back again. Has everything you need, is clean and has a great pool & patio! Virginia is responsive with any questions and very sweet. Recommend this place 100%!

This house was perfect for our family vacation, it had everything in it, that you could possibly need especially the kitchen and the pool area I have never seen such a well-stocked kitchen, and the grandkids loved all the pool toys and accessories We are definitely going to make this our yearly vacation designation !!!!

Hi. I wish we were able to enjoy the house more. We came for a baseball tournament and literally just used the house for sleeping. House is ideal with two large families. Pool was clean and heated to 85. I would book again.

Family of 5 stayed at Alexina's place. House was very clean and had plenty of room. Pool was warm. Mattresses were very comfortable! We would definitely rent from her again!

We found Keven's home very comfortable and enjoyable to spend our Christmas in. The boats with Christmas lights and Santa was an added treat. His kitchen had all we needed to prepare our meals. We enjoyed swimming in the pool when we weren't out exploring the area. We enjoyed our stay greatly.
