Holiday rentals with beach access in Sanibel Island

Bonita Beach is a beautiful tropical beach. The area is full of activities to enjoy or just relax and enjoy the area and accommodations. Pam is an excellent host whose obvious goal is to exceed her guest’s expectations. The unit was as presented with ample amenities. Being able to enjoy the peacefulness of the back water canal outside your door with the Gulf beach just across the boulevard truly makes it a unique experience. Highly recommend.

Really enjoyed the view of the beach. Close to everything near the beach including shopping,restaurants and entertainment. Management was excellent and very accommodating. Planning to book again for next January for a couple of weeks Keith and Sherry

Great location—right across the street from the beach. The bed was unbelievably comfortable! The unit itself was clean, spacious, and equipped with the basics (I.e., coffee pot, some beach towels, cooking pans, dinnerware). The pool and hot tub are shared with other guests but we had no issues with noise during our stay. The surrounding area has been really impacted by hurricane Ian and there is a lot of construction and traffic. But the Airbnb itself was very nice, comfortable, and convenient.

Location, location, location! This is basically beachfront property! Hopefully nobody will build on the land across the street for a long time! The price was a steal, I felt, for the location and accommodations. Only couple of negatives…we had to go out and buy beach chairs/umbrella. Tried to rent from online store, but it said sold out. Also, pool was a bit chilly for our liking, but might be fine for the next person. All in all, awesome week on Ft. Myers Beach!

Cinci and Ed's place was wonderful! The minute you walk in, you feel right at home. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to make a home cooked meal, plenty of room for our party of 6. The location was great, very close to the beach. We had a great time and would definitely come back.

This is my third visit to Grande Flats - and the first since the hurricanes - and this trip was just as wonderful as the others. The post storm renovations look amazing and the entire building had some nice updates to the front. Lisa was super responsive and helpful, and the apartment was just perfect for our visit. The location cannot be beat and the amenities and great. Overall, it was also so wonderful to see how much of the island has recovered from the storms and how many businesses were back up and running. We’ll be back again for sure!

Daniel is a great and responsive host. His Starfish suite was exactly as advertised & super-clean. Comfortable bed & furnishings. He also provided great outdoor free amenities - relaxing Adirondack chairs & bikes with locks. That really helped us to get around a classic American beach town which needs our support as homeowners & restaurants & retailers are finally dug out of one of the worst national disasters in our history. We wish Dan & his neighbors all the best as the rebuild continues.

Enjoyed our stay for a recent winter getaway. Great location with access to main road with restaurants, coffee, etc. Pool and putting green were a bonus but overall house was clean and comfortable!

Can’t beat the heated pool and easy walk to the beach. Inside is nothing special but was perfect for our two families staying there. Would stay again

House’s location is perfect. The house needs some updates but very functional. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. Plenty of towels, bed sheets and games. Paul was awesome answering all our questions. We really enjoyed the Island lifestyle. Exploring on the golf cart, having ice cream at the Shop. My family had a blast at the beach and watching the amazing sunsets!!!! Definitely coming back!!!

We had a great stay here! Home was super spacious and comfortable, peaceful neighborhood, about a 5-10 min walk from the beach and stocked with tons of towels and beach chairs. Mike was super responsive, accommodating, helpful when we had questions.

The space was exactly as pictured the place was very clean and in a very nice and safe neighborhood.

So happy!!! Our family of 5 loved staying in this lovely spacious , perfectly clean and equipped house located in a quiet and safe area. We can only recommend to the Airbnb community to stay there. For our part , this stay at Juan Pablo's helped us have a great stopover during our vacation and exploring Florida .

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home. I wished we booked our stay longer as the location was amazing and the decor was beautiful!. The children really enjoyed the swimming pool- We will definitely book again. Thanks Kelly & Family.

My wife and I absolutely loved our stay at Yenny's place. It was beautiful and very comfortable to live in. Great location - close to many restaurants, grocery shopping and the beach is only 5 minutes away by car. Yenny answered our questions promptly and was very helpful. We highly recommend staying at Yenny's place and we would definitely stay there again.

Kari was a wonderful host with a fabulous property! She began our experience right away when we booked her place, and was always extremely responsive and kind. Her property, where we stayed in Fort Myers Beach, is in the perfect location and is just as it is described and pictured. She had everything you could need and more, and the location was so perfect we could easily walk to the farmers market or nearby shops. We would definitely return to this property! Thank you for making our stay so perfect 😊

The condo has been recently remodeled and is beautiful and very clean - one of the cleanest we have stayed in. The kitchen is very well equipped, with many thoughtful touches, and we cooked several meals during our stay. King bed was comfortable (we did not use the other beds). Being so close to the beach was fantastic! This was our first time on Sanibel and we loved it, in spite of being there during unusually cold weather. Definitely hope to return and would love to stay in this condo again!

Very nice stay at the condo! It was exactly as described! I didn’t realize when i booked it that we were in a gaited community! This was a business/pleasure trip and the location was perfect. We had appointments near Fort Myers and Naples, the condo was between both ! Surrounded by beaches and great restaurants! We ate Mama Leon’s pizza which is right around the corner, and enjoyed returning to The Fish House which we had visited over 10 years ago. The pool was refreshing, we got to meet neighbors who have been coming down for years? They were extremely nice! We also shared a beautiful sunset with a colleague at Clam Pass, got some great pictures! Thanks again for sharing your ultra clean condo!

would highly recommend this place. the kitchen is well stocked for your cooking pleasure. the place is very clean. it is close to the beaches, shopping, restaurants & everything in between. loved it.
