Great location if you want to explore the city. House located in El Barrio de la Viña, next to La Caleta beach in the city's core. It is close to the main tourist attractions such as Torre Tavira, Cathedral, Central Market, Plaza de las Flores, City Hall and has all the comforts at a stroll, restaurants, supermarkets, bus stops and taxis. In our neighborhood you can enjoy Andalusian cuisine in upscale restaurants, or sample our local wines, cheeses and salts in the taverns and rocks typical of our city. Public car parks and medical facilities are just a few metres away. The dwelling is located on a newly built two-storey block. It is a two bedroom apartment, bathroom, living room and separate kitchen. It has all the amenities at your disposal, linens, towels, and kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils. This is our beautiful house in La Barrosa, Chiclana. The ground floor has been extended and renovated in 2023 and 2024. Availability just released as works have just been finished with more photos coming all the time. It is located a 5-minute walk from the magnificent beach of La Barrosa, shops and restaurants. It has its own swimming pool and lots of space to relax and spend a few days in peace and quiet under the sunshine. The villa has space for 8 guests - inclusive of children and infants.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place: supermarkets, shops, banks, city hall, beaches, public and private garage. It is a palace house with high ceilings, quiet, very bright. It was an old convent completely renovated, with 3 bedrooms: 2 double and a 3rd bunk with folding beds. The bathroom has a large shower tray.
