The on-site hosts were friendly and helpful, and the home was clean and spacious. It was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely return. The location was absolutely amazing!

Beautiful house super recommended !!!! Very nice beach, we really enjoyed the stay, I think the only thing that made us feel a little uncomfortable was that the heat is strong in the kitchen and dining room, there are fans but the heat is intense and they are not enough, but it is only a detail for everything good about the house, it is an excellent place. super attentive.

All the good comments and good ratings this place has are well deserved. The house is large enough to host all the people it allows, it is practically like having two houses because the first level has all the basics, kitchen, rooms etc.. and the second level is exactly as equipped, with rooms, another kitchen and another refrigerator. Manuel, who is the guardian, is waiting for everything they need all the time and is an extremely friendly person, all the good comments about the are real. They had an extra detail with us and is that in the place there was a Karaoke team that apparently did not work, immediately without asking them, they went to buy us another to be able to enjoy it, it was a detail that we really appreciated. As extra comments: In front of the condominium there is a Supe Selecto where you can find everything you can find in a large supermarket.

Alex is the most communicable host I've ever had on Air BnB by far. He will get back to you in minutes every time you have any concerns. 10/10. The house is great and the community is very private, if that is what you are going for. Would stay here again for sure.

How can I put so much in this. Sensational is best description for my experience at home away from home is all I can say. Great communication, amazing layout, delightful views day and night. Our 1 week stay at One Wave was just what we needed :) The communication with Alejandro (co-host) was great - he was able to answer all of our questions, was very kind to work with us to check in slightly early on our first day, and also provided great recommendations for private chef and driver for our stay (Eddie and Chef Jorge are the best!) We enjoyed having Claudia and the house staff that were there during the week; everyone was so so polite and helpful. The only small note we’d suggest would be to potentially add another fan in the kitchen/dinning room area, to increase ventilation on particularly hotter days, but other than that, the house, location and views were great :)

Amazing Stay at Ocean Front Punto Palmarcito! Our stay at Ocean Front Punto Palmarcito was absolutely fantastic! The house is enormous and perfect for large groups or families. The upstairs features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen, while the main floor has another three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a second kitchen. Additionally, there’s a separate little house in the back with two more bedrooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom—offering plenty of space and privacy for everyone. Each section of the house has its own AC units, which made our stay super comfortable. The oceanfront views were breathtaking, and the location is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host was incredibly friendly and easy to communicate with, making the experience even better. We absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend Ocean Front Punto Palmarcito to anyone looking for a spacious, well-equipped, and beautiful place to stay in La Libertad!

Spectacular location and property, and the loveliest family who take exceptional care of you the whole time! Don Dimas and Dońa Estrella (sp?), Alejandra and Cesar are fantastic; as was Carlos our host. Very responsive, helpful, good natured. Nothing was a problem. And they prepare fabulous meals! This property is super unique on the coast- the views and location are second to none and miraculously you don’t hear the road/trucks at all. Very private, very peaceful, very beautiful with green grass, palm trees, plumerias and other blooming flowers. Easy to get to the beach for walks and swimming. As other reviewers have mentioned the home, though lovely, is a bit tired and in need of a fresh coat of paint. A/C worked well and the beds were comfortable. Grateful to have stayed here and look forward to returning one day!

Let’s start by saying, the views alone sell this place. WOW! WOW! WOW! Pros: Views, the 5 pools (only have access to four, unless you include honeymoon suite; which I did not know about at time of booking), the rooms and AC were great. Let’s talk about the AMAZING staff! Herbert was extremely responsive. Daniel, Mercedes, Alberto were all absolutely wonderful to communicate and organize everything with. Food runs, alcohol, any accommodations, you need it? They make it happen. I cannot say enough about this place. It is an absolute must if you come to La Libertad. Cons: the water pressure in the showers is very light, which is shocking because of what you pay for. BEWARE of scorpions and bats. This was expected as they are common for the area, but for newcomers; be aware. We did have to kill 3 scorpions as they are/can be venomous, (one was on my nephews backpack) so please be careful about putting bags on floor and ALWAYS double check bags and beds every morning and night.

Our group of seven had an unforgettable experience at this beautiful and peaceful place. Six of us were visiting El Salvador for the first time, and we were incredibly impressed by the warm hospitality and excellent service. The surroundings were stunning, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy nature. From start to finish, everything was top-notch. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always made sure we had everything we needed. Brenda was amazing! She was quick to respond and went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable. A special mention to Chef Gustavo, whose meals were absolutely incredible! Every dish was delicious and added to the overall experience. We also want to thank all the staff who were always there for us, making sure we had the best experience possible. Their kindness and hard work truly made a difference. If you're looking for a peaceful, beautiful place with outstanding service and amazing food, this is it! We will be back soon.

This is a beautiful ranch! The house is in a very peaceful area right on the beach. The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. Both the beds and the bedding were new. The caretaker Omar and Susana were very attentive and friendly. This house was very spacious and has a beautiful kitchen along with an amazing pool. Thank you for letting us use your beautiful ranch!

Mar de Flores was amazing and if you plan on staying in Tunco, this villa is it! Perched above Tunco beach, the location couldn’t have been better. If you’re surfing, you can walk down to beach in 30 seconds and hit one of the best surf spots, La Bocana. So many spots in the villa to take in the views of the ocean and you can hear the oceans waves all day and night. The villa itself is pristine and very well designed. It’s actually nicer than the photos. Everything was walkable within a few minutes: dinner on the main road, shops and mini markets or the boardwalk down to Sunzal. Nicholas was the perfect host. Upon booking, he immediately sent recommendations for restaurants, activities and guides and all of them were great. He met us when we checked in and even provided filtered water, local coffee, chocolate and beers. His response time was pretty immediate which I like. I have already recommended Mar de Flores to friends interested in visiting the area.

The private villa was perfect for our girls trip. The private pool and outdoor shower were great to have after days and nights out in el tunco. We took advantage of both the yoga and surfing lessons on site which I’d highly recommend as well. The staff were all very friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything and very responsive! Can’t wait to visit again.

Phenomenal large villa for a group vacation. We were four families, and enjoyed an easy and relaxing week. Most of the time it felt like we had the beach to ourselves - and the water is SO warm Beach is interesting to walk, and in a few minutes you can reach the mouth of the estuary The villa is actually nicer than the photos, and clean. Plenty of towels and well equipped Kitchen Would stay again. I do think you’d want to rent a car to be able to run into town at your leisure

The place is beautiful, comfy, peaceful, and private. The images don’t do it justice and entering was easy but wished the Main Street entrance had a welcome to Villa Oya sign since coming from the states it’s difficult to distinguish the small alleys of the country and for use it was 12 AM so it was dark. The place we 100% recommend if your looking to spend private time with space for you and your couple or family to enjoy the outside space and mornings.
