Villa holiday rentals in Santa Barbara

The neighborhood can’t be beat. We didn’t have to use the car except for a run to the grocery store and walked to the beach, harbor, pier, Funk Zone and State street with ease. Beautiful apartment and surrounding areas. We had Internet issues and Haller was quick to respond and resolve. Beds were comfy and excellent shower. We especially loved the beach wagon and kids books/games. It’s an older place, so noise travels easily, but neighbors were quiet. Highly recommend and we plan on staying here again.

Camille’s is my new favorite place in upper Ojai. Arrived late, woke up to huge windows overlooking horses playing. Beautiful horse nonprofit below - super great people. Camille responds faster than any host I’ve ever had, even to non-important things. The model host! Extended the stay in minutes. When I’m back in Ojai, will plan my stay around availability at Camille’s places! Thoughtfully stocked place! Thanks so much, Camille!

The space is a nice studio. It is good for 1-2 adults. The bathroom is nice. The bed was great. It felt pretty private was there are gates that lock into the property and a nice fenced in backyard shared space. It’s in a good location about 10 minute walk to State street and close to the highway if you drive somewhere out of the direct area. The host was also very responsive. Would recommend this unit or one of their larger ones if you want or need more room.

I had an incredible stay at this villa with my small pup. The villa was extremely clean and the bed/duvet were the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on that I had to ask for the brand! Hosts were beyond thoughtful and truly care about ensuring you have a great experience. The garden is beautiful and I felt very safe. I can’t think of a single negative thing to say! We will be returning yearly :)

I liked this place. The bed was ultra-comfortable, the space was sparkling clean upon arrival, and the off-street parking and location within Santa Barbara were ultra-convenient. The biggest draw for us was that the place was dog-friendly, and my friend and I appreciated getting to stay here with her dog.

Such a beautiful home! So close to everything would come back anytime

Some reviews noted spider webs and debris. We saw no evidence of this. Others complained about the heat system in the guest room. We’re familiar with a split system so had no issues. There are 3 different systems in that unit so maybe they were trying the electric wall heater which isn’t very efficient and what seemed to be a gas radiator which didn’t seem to have the pilot light on and also wouldn’t be as efficient. We had timely responses on the few questions we had ahead of our arrival

Great accommodations that are well kept, clean and you feel at home. This was the second time we stayed here. It is in a great location close to restaurants, the beach and different activities. The host was informative, proactive and communicated well.

We loved staying at the villa--we wish we could've stayed at least one more night to enjoy it that much more! It was within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and best of all (for my family and I), the train station! We hope to return again!

This unit is spectacular! Clean & spacioius. Walk to bars, restaurants & the beach. Everything we needed was here - kitchen supplies, coffee, beach chairs, beach towels, instructions, etc. Would definitely stay here again when returning to Santa Barbara!

We had a wonderful stay! The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and filled with all the amenities we needed. The beds were comfortable, and we loved the stylish decor. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to cook a few meals during our stay. Mani was a fantastic host, quick to respond to our questions. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay here again!

We booked this home for our family Christmas trip, and it honestly surpassed our expectations. Lots of room for a big family. The sauna was a plus for us, it snowed when we stayed there and it was such a perfect cozy home for after some snow fun. There isn’t much of a grocery store nearby besides a convenience store. We took a lot of things from outside of the town(near castaic stopped by a Ralph’s) which helped with meals and snacks. They did provide a lot of toiletries so that helped, I would definitely travel again to this property with my family next year. communication was very easy to have and check-in was a breeze!

Martha’s place was beautiful. Exactly what you see in the pictures is what you get. Easy to find and a warm welcome when you arrive. We had a great stay. The only confusion we had was on a separate tax payment not included in the final price but was resolved with good communication from the host. Would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! Martha was responsive, kind and welcoming, and it’s clear that she genuinely cares about her guests’ happiness. The home is situated in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, just an 11-minute drive from downtown, making it a perfect retreat. Our room was spacious, private, and comfortable. We also enjoyed access to a lovely, well-landscaped backyard with a big pool. While the water was on the colder side (in the low 60s), I didn’t mind it. However, I wasn’t sure if the hot tub was functioning. One suggestion I have is to add a coffee/tea station in the room (with milk and raw sugar) for those early morning wake-ups when you’re in a rush. Currently, it’s located at the end of the pool in the outdoor kitchen. Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb. I’m so glad we discovered it and will definitely return on a future trip to Santa Barbara!

We needed a place to stay for our son's graduation after our other Airbnb canceled on us few weeks before graduation. Tracy's place was just what we needed...a place to sleep and shower and reasonably priced. The condo is close to the freeway and close to TJ and Vons.

Mani’s home was beautiful! It was peaceful and perfect for my family and I during my wedding. A little tricky to drive thru on the road and no service unless connected to the wifi, but overall great stay. Would stay again!

You can really see the dedication that went into this place! It's brimming with creative ideas and offers a wonderfully private atmosphere.

it's a wonderful and ideal place for families for a quick weekend getaway. I had a quiet relaxing weekend with perfect socal weather. The house has really good positive energy.
