This place was amazing! The view was incredible—you could see the ocean and watch the sunrise right from the place. It was just as good as described. The area was calm and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing stay. The golf cart included with the rental was such a great bonus. It made it so easy to get around and explore the island. We loved our stay and would definitely come back!

This was so easy and close to all the restaurants, beach and shops. Loved it.

The condo was in a great location. Easily walkable from town. Everything was sparkling, clean, and the unit had a large balcony that really stands adds to a small space. The only downside is that the pool and hot tub were under construction. I had communicated with the property ahead of time and so I knew this was a factor. I’m hoping next time we will be able to use those amenities. My only other comment is that it’s very easy to hear other people in the complex, and that we were grateful for the quiet hours at 10 PM so that we knew it would quiet down. Overall, we like the place and would stay there again.

Great place to stay! Hosts are super responsive! Loved that it was walking distance to town. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay in Avalon! Everything is easily walkable from this location.

It’s about a 10 min walk to the city center. There are a couple of good restaurants and a grocery nearby. The unit is close to the pool. It was clean and had a fully stocked kitchen. We were very happy with our stay.

Lovely spot, great views and well laid out space. We enjoyed the use of the golf cart and were able to get to town easily but liked the location for a bit more quiet.

Absolutely beautiful views. The villa is well maintained and the decor is perfect for a beach getaway. We loved our time there and the use of the golf cart was a really great plus. Tip for other renters, have your luggage delivered to your door (available as a service at the marina).

Our stay was amazing! We came out with the family during spring break. It was peaceful and serene. Hugh was very proactive and responsive. I felt like he was always there to help. The golf cart was a very nice addition! Would definitely stay again!

Overall stay was amazing, with beautiful views. Check in went smooth thanks to the host explaining everything beforehand. I would recommend downloading the Circuit app for transportation from the check-in location to Hamilton Cove. Circuit transportation is a lot cheaper than catching a taxi. The Hamilton Cove unit is a well-maintained updated condo. The unit does come with a golf cart which is a bit worn, however it got us around the island during our stay. The views from the unit are spectacular and it’s a quiet community. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful condo with amazing views! Very clean, easy to find and the GOLF cart was huge plus to get around town! This place was very peaceful and quiet. I recommend this condo to all of you looking for your next vacation spot! Don’t hesitate and book this place ASAP as I’ll definitely be back!

Amber’s place is amazing! I stayed in an Oceanfront condo in Hawaii and Amber’s place beats it 100%. Her place has amazing views, peaceful ambiance, 2 balconies, a huge bath tub, cute furnitures and decorations. It’s also very airy and open. I opened all the doors that lead to the balconies (bedroom, living room, and near the kitchen) in the daytime to have a complete view of the ocean whichever room I go into. The Clubhouse where the pool is, is literally next door! You can also walk down to the little private rocky beach, the cute playground and the picnic area OR take the golf cart to get there(I wish I used the golf cart more). Amber and the property manager are both very responsive and accommodating. I asked them to decorate the place for my mom’s 70th birthday and they did! My mom was surprised when we entered the penthouse the first time and it was decorated for her. I WILL COME BACK HERE AGAIN, for sure. My 12 year old already asked me to come back her for her bday, lol!

We had such a fantastic stay, what a fantastic place! The unit was breathtaking, just a few signs of wear and tear but the island humidity can be a challenge for showers! The decor was delightful, the beds and bedding supreme, the golf cart a fantastic feature, and the views! Oh my gosh! I spent each morning enjoying a cup of coffee watching the sun rise, and each evening, snuggled into the luxurious reading chair, feel propped up with a cozy blanket, reading a book to the delightful occasional ocean sounds of waves and seals. An absolute gem of a location!

Great place with amazing views. Felt right at home and will likely come back to the same unit. My significant other and I spent her birthday weekend here and we couldn't have been more pleased. The golf cart was a great amenity (remember the gas tank is under the seat, and the gas pumps are one mile outside out town past the Catalina Express ferry terminal - for GPS input the Buffalo Nickel Restaurant and the gas pumps are 30 seconds past the restaurant on the left). We were in town for the Catalina Wine Mixer, so we didn't get to utilize the Hamilton Cove property as much as we'd have liked, so we're gonna rent the same unit again and come back to relax on the property more (private beach, jacuzzi, etc.). There's nothing we needed that wasn't there already - except for tissues/Kleenex. Overall a great place and we loved it - thank you for a great stay!

Our stay was everything we had hoped a more. The location was exactly what we wanted. The community is a 3 minute golf car ride away from Avalon. We enjoyed the pool, spa and the amazing views from the deck. We enjoyed being in Hamilton Cove, the setting made it seem like we were in our own little private island. The space was plenty big for our family of 6. We had 4 teenagers with us. 2 slept on their own individual sofa sleeper and the other two shared a queen bed, while the parents had their own master bed/ bath. There were plenty of bedding and covers. They supplied us with hotel size soap, shampoo and conditioner. The kitchen came equipped with all the essentials, including a collection of spices. There was a coffee maker, but we had to buy coffee grounds at the town Vons. The golf cart sat all 6 of us comfortably. It was so nice to have access to our own cart. Some of favorite activities we enjoyed were the aerial rope course and the helicopter tour of the island.

So glad I booked this spot rather than a hotel in town. Nice and quiet. Away from the hustle and bustle of town. Incredible view. Wonderful property amenities. Host was responsive and gave clear instructions.

Incredible stay. We have decided to never stay at any other place from now on. Nancy’s listing and co. have been tremendously accommodating and respectful. The place was immaculate and the ocean view was surreal. The condo unit was spotless and most comfortable. Will most certainly stay with you guys again. Thank you for everything and for such a wonderful experience.

The view was breathtaking! Nice pool and hot tub. Right by the beach and plenty to do. Close enough to town to shop and eat but far enough to have peace and quiet.

The view from the porch on this place is amazing!!! House was nice too. Only thing was that the front door knob does not work. Thank goodness that there are 2 other doors and we were able to get in that way.

We love Hamilton Cove! Very clean (so important to me). Extremely responsive and nice. Clear instructions. Best of all, gorgeous location and views! Would definitely return again!
