Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Santa Clara County

The place was perfect for two peolpe (or two couples) to have their own space, but share a lovely central kitchen, dining and living space. Unfortunately, one of the bedrooms didn't have a tv so we had to fight over the room that did. Everything was super clean! I loved having access to the gym. It was like being a local, but having hotel amenities. I didn't even have to ask about early check in. It was offered. This was so incredibly amazing after a grueling day of travel! When in the Bay Area, I'll book here!

A clean modern place

Nice, clean place. A few chains to eat across the street which was nice.

Great accommodation - better than described- only issues were lack of coffee pods and latch app email needed chasing - otherwise superb thks and also sorting out a left coat

Nice apartment. I used as corporate housing while my new apartment was ready. The host (a company) was very responsive and fixed all the minor issues I had. If you need to pay for a pet fee, make sure that you receipt show the reason of the payment. In my case, the receipt only said "payment" and my company didn't accept the expense.

Great place. Clean and has a lot of amenities. Even with the map the place was a bit hard to find but no complaints otherwise!

I really enjoyed my stay in this downtown apartment building. Loved the location adjacent to San Pedro Market Square, which has lots of restaurants and bars. The deck was a nice surprise, though there was no outdoor furniture. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. And, despite the location in a fairly lively area, it was nice and quiet inside the apartment. I would stay her again.

We lived in other Prometheus communities, so using Latch to get in wasn’t an issue for us. Almost everything was as described - great amenities, clean place, maintenance requests always fulfilled within 24h. My only complaint is that the description mentioned that you’d receive Latch invitations no less than 24h before arrival, but mine didn’t until _after_ check-in time, and I had to call them to send the code. Thankfully customer service was responsive.

Great location and perfect for a family or couples getaway. Easy booking, check-in & out. Very clean, organized, and spacious. We will definitely return.

We stayed as a family at Montrose apartment for a month. The location is great, close to everything you may need. The compound itself is superb with great facilities. We loved it there!

Great spot, right across the street from the Heart of San Jose.
