Holiday rentals with an accessible-height bed in Santa Croce, Florence

This was such a charming place! Max greeted us right away at the apartment was super responsive, gave us recommendations, and even had a bottle of wine for us! The location is perfect, with tons of restaurants and cafes nearby. We had some construction during our visit which started very early morning but it was due to recent weather damage and no fault of our host. Overall I would highly recommend this place! ☺️

What an incredible experience. Marco goes above and beyond to make sure that the stay is a 5 star. Always did in communication and I really feel that I was home. The apartment is super comfortable and the dedication and guest service that Marco provides is amazing. Always taking care of everything, giving advice in regards to where to go and what to do. What a fantastic experience. If I would have the opportunity to extend the stay at Marco's apartment, I would definitely would do it. But have to return to work. I will definitely will book another trip to Florence and will contact Marco again. Marco ensures that all the details are in place. Marco is a super start and deserves the Airb&B award . Marvellous place! The views are divine, interieur is beautiful. It is more spacious than it looks on the photos. Comfortable bed, handy kitchen. Shower is a little tricky, as the water only flows from a fixed spot overhead - but it can be taken as an adventure. Lapo is very friendly and helpful, he helped us with our suitcases and gave a ride to bus station when we left. To reach the place by foot you have to climb rather a lot, but it is definitely worth it. Bus connection with Firenze is very good, so this place is a suitable base for exploring the city, but Fiesole and its surroundings themselves are worth visiting also.

Elisabetta's apartment is the nicest Airbnb we have ever stayed in. It was huge, easily roomy if there had been 3 of us, but for a couple we had tons of room to spread out in. The apartment is spotlessly clean and wonderfully decorated. I love nice linens and the sheets and towels were the best. Elisabetta left us a full tray of snacks and drinks, wine, juice, cookies and more. She helped us with phone calls and reserved a taxi for us. This was really the best stay in a fun location. The equipment in the apartment was superior with everything we could want. We are grateful.

If I could give him 100 stars I would. Alessandro is one of the best hosts I've had in my experience with Airbnb, he's friendly, quiet, and there's always something for his guests in the kitchen. The response time for messages is short, he is always attentive to his guests and gives very good recommendations to visit places near Casalguidi or with easy access to get in/out of there. The house is clean and the photos match the accommodation. Thank you for everything, Alessandro!

We spent 10 days in July 2024 in this home with our two children aged 4 and 6. We share the opinions of the previous reviews. We really enjoyed the house and especially the large and beautiful garden without neighbors, entirely for us. Elisabetta, traveling during our stay, was available to answer our questions and welcoming. We easily visited all the surroundings, while enjoying at the end of the day the swimming pool of the neighboring campsite on the other side of the road, easy to access and quiet. We were able to alternate sightseeing and activities for children (tree climbing, swimming pool of the campsite, games in the garden, games of the cottage...etc). We loved using the solar shower in the garden at sunset. Finally, it is true that the traffic on the nearby road disturbs the general calm, especially in the morning and evening, but you get used to it eventually. And, above all, the excellent services of the accommodation make up for this point!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Paola Giovanna’s lovely home. Paola and her whole family were welcoming, warm and helpful. We really enjoyed an Italian cooking class with Paola’s grandson, Thomas! We also enjoyed wine tasting at Paola’s neighbour, Buondonno. This residence truly provided an exceptional Tuscan experience!!

We loved our time at this rustic Tuscan property tucked up under the Castello di Poppiano. It is a large private space with tremendous views. The weather was not optimal for us so we didnt get a chance to stroll through the landscape but were delighted when the cats made an appearance for us. Sara met us to introduce us to the property and did a great job getting us acclimated. We were very comfortable here and the location allowed us to maximize our time in Tuscany and get to the experiences we were looking to have over a 4 day span. The only criticism is that the interior lighting is not very bright and often times was darker than we would would have preferred but that was only a minor concern.

We spent a few nice autumn days at Francesca's. It is much nicer than shown in the photos. The house is fantastically and quietly located on a hill. The amenities are high quality and Francesca was always available at short notice. We would definitely vacation there again.

Such a beautiful bespoke home in a great location. Matteo has considered every detail for his guests including a warm meet & greet from his Mum. Great communication which gave us some great shopping & restaurant tips. This is a superhost at their very best. 5***** all around

Overall we had a wonderful stay. Our hosts were very proactive prior to arriving and very responsive to questions. The location is great restaurants, stores, groceries, train station etc. all within walking distance. As the weather warmed having access to 2 terraces was a great addition. Highly recommend this location.

Patrizia was an excellent host, very kind and concerned. Always ready to answer our questions. Everything went according to plan. We had coffee and dumplings available for breakfast🥰 The apartment has a very good location, 2 minutes walk from Rifredi train station. In 5 minutes we arrive in Florence. Coming from the airport the easiest is to take the T2 tram to SMN and then take the train and get off at Rifredi. Everything is quick and simple. Patrizia's suggestion to eat was a restaurant that is right next to the building that is wonderful, all very fresh and tasty. 5 minutes walking is the Lidl supermarket. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend it.

It was perfect for my wife and I on our visit to Florence. Close to the train station and the centro district. We were greeted by our host Tomasso and he showed us the entire space and how everything worked. We were also given a nice bottle of wine as a welcome gift. We recommend their apartment wholeheartedly to all who are looking for a nice stay in Florence.

There are no words to describe this wonderful vacation, the house is beautiful, the host is wonderful, the location is in the middle between the cities, the cleanliness of the place, everything is wonderful, wonderful. Thank you to everyone for this wonderful vacation.

Great check in where Frederico explained everything about the apartment, which was very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and then kitchen was well equipped. Great location for walking to all the tourist attractions.

Our stay at Villa Le Pergole was amazing. The Villa was the true essence of Tuscany. Though the beauty and history was amazing, the best part was Anna. She is such a kind host going above and beyond to make our experience magical. She helped us navigate the city, provided a cosy, relaxing space, and made us feel completely at home. It is possible to get to Florence by walking to the bus and/or tram. We highly recommend Anna's home!
