Can't wait to be back at this amazing stay again! The accommodation was exactly as shown in the pictures and the view of the beach was just great. It was peaceful and felt very secure. The rooms were spotless and the kitchen and bathrooms had all the required commodities. The house felt cozy and the decorations added to the comfortable atmosphere. Overall, this accommodation made our holiday perfect!!

This place was spectacular. We had so much fun on our mom’s weekend getaway. It was everything we needed and more. Can’t wait to come back.

Wonderful clean condo at Seascape resort. As a family with small children it’s perfect I have all the amenities in a condo plus resort features like a heated pool you can use in the middle of winter! Beds were comfortable, great proximity to the pool, and a 15 minute walk to the beach. We would stay here again.

Such a beautiful spot! I’m so glad we got beautiful weather for our 3 day stay. The photos don’t do this place justice. The host was also super flexible with our check in since we had a 7 hour drive so that was a huge plus! Very responsive when messaging any questions. Super easy to check in as well. I would definitely love to stay here again whenever I come back!

We have rented maybe a half dozen different units at Seascape over the years and Natalie's unit was one of our favorites! It has a prime location within the development. It is on the bluffs looking over the ocean and across from the north pool, but not too close where pool noise is an issue during the day. The unit was impeccably clean and well appointed, with new appliances and a well stocked kitchen. Bedrooms had blackout curtains (great for young children that still nap) and comfy beds. There is extensive beach equipment, including beach chairs, sand toys, and things to toss. There was also plenty of towels and bedding throughout the unit. Natalie was a wonderful host. Responsive, clear, and friendly. She accommodated an earlier check-in because the unit was clean, which was greatly appreciated. We would definitely stay with Natalie again!

We were in the middle of an eventful roadtrip (rollercoaster, tbh--including mechanical issues with our vehicle, resulting in a forced mid-trip swap)... so I was extremely relieved when we arrived at George's place and everything was as advertised. Very modern and clean, and I loved all of the custom lighting options (dimmers, fun bathroom nightlight, etc). I had contacted him beforehand, to let him know we had a large vehicle, and he got back to me asap to confirm that the parking space at his home would be spacious enough to accommodate it. And, the bed is so comfy! There are advertised Quiet Hours for this listing, and Yes, there were noises from the chickens/roosters outside, but animals don't tend to observe Quiet Hours. (I am sensitive to noise and always travel with earplugs, and could not hear anything with my earplugs in.) I heard a small dog barking somewhere else on the property, for several hours one evening, but the barking stopped just before quiet hours began.

My family and I had such a great time at Anthony and Traci’s place! It was perfect for my wife and two kids. We had plenty of space and was even provided some extra amenities like beach chairs and boogie boards for the beach which was a short, but nice walk away. Anthony kept me informed the whole time, and I really didn’t need to ask any questions as he had provided me with more than enough. Looking forward to staying again! Highly recommend.

We stayed for a month with my family and we had a great stay. The house is very spacious and baby friendly, with lots of space in each bedroom and a huge living room to hang out with friends and family. I also like the layout of the home as each bedroom has its own separate hallway, which gives more privacy to each guest. Antoni is a great host, very responsive and friendly. We will stay again next time when we visit the area. thank you.

Everything went smoothly. We appreciated that the hosts checked with us before our booking to make sure the loft space would work for our group of five (due to the steep stairs). The pre-teen in our group was comfortable using the loft, but it was nice to be aware ahead of time.

We had a fantastic, comfortable and relaxing stay at Jackie’s place. We appreciated the amenities for babies—the pack and play and high chair were perfect for our little one. The location was great too—easy access to gorgeous oceanside walks and towns along Monterey Bay. And Jackie was a kind, responsive and helpful host. Highly recommend!

We loved our time in Aptos! The house was well stocked and had all we needed (and more!) for our family of six. The beach was a short walk and the ice cream and burgers within walking distance were super yummy! We enjoyed time in Santa Cruz and Monterey during our visit and the house was a great location for driving to both and enjoying some time in Aptos as well. We utilized the kitchen and grill and enjoyed having some family meals at the house. There was a lot we didn’t utilize at the house but I could see how this would be a perfect house for a young family who intends to spend a lot of time at the beach with kids or even just hang at the house. Thank you to Jackie and Anna for providing such a great place for our family to enjoy.

Thankful for the chance to stay in this beautiful, well cared for home! The hosts have thoughtful touches everywhere.. from high chairs, toys and books my toddler granddaughter enjoyed, to a binder with information and helpful recommendations for things to do or places to eat! Very comfortable and very clean! The whole family is already hoping to return! Thank you Dominique and family!

Had a great stay this weekend at this beautifully remodeled home in Santa Cruz. Moved from Capitola about 8 years ago, but we had a family event to attend over the Valentine weekend. Upon entering, you are greeted by so much attention to detail. From the beautifully crafted wood furniture in the living room, to the stunning flooring and doors throughout the home. It is just lovely! The home is decorated nicely and the little artistic touches throughout the home did not go unnoticed. I only wish that we had more time to really enjoy our stay. But, we did have time to use the hot tub and the clawfoot bath tub in the master bedroom. Both were a real treat! We made breakfast one morning and the kitchen was stocked with all of the essentials. An added bonus was the built in air fryer in the oven. The only minor issue is the lack of parking. Fortunately, you can park in the driveway, but any available space in every direction is on lockdown and those cars don't seem to ever move.

The house was immaculate, the location was perfect, the kitchen was easy to work in. We had two people staying there with additional guests for Thanksgiving, which the host kindly approved but was worried it wouldn't be big enough for what we needed, and she was very helpfully clear about that. It turned out to be perfect for us, and we hope to rent it again in the future when we're visiting family in the area. Great yard in the back also!

Our 5 day stay was great. Felt right at home. Great location w an amazing view. Place was nice and clean. We found beach gear as well that’s provided by the host. We were greated with complimentary snacks and bottled bubbly water. Kitchen had everything needed to cook if need be. We will definitely be coming back once the opportunity comes around.

In a word, David's place is perfection! Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, fabulous linens, ideal location for unmatched views, awesome beach gear and a fantastic, communicative host! Best stay we've ever had at Seascape and one of the most gorgeous beachfront properties we enjoyed anywhere! Thank you David!

This was the cleanest AirBnB we've ever stayed in! Pristine! Tidy! Stunning ocean views from both the living room & primary bedroom. The entire villa has been remodeled yet still has the Old World Charm and coziness. This Villa is located on the 2nd floor of North Bluff - is very private - has a pool jacuzzi just steps away. The resort offers many amenities, restaurant, bar, room service (or pick up) massage, sauna - endless. Aptos Village is right across the street - walking distance offering many shops, market and a great place for pizza and Italian food. We will definitely stay with Sue again - as soon as we can! Next time, we'll try her other property #33. Sue is a GREAT hostess in every area and has earned Super Host many times over!

We absolutely loved our stay. The location was great being able to walk to the beach. The view was stunning during sunset and everything was very relaxing. Would highly recommend staying here. We definitely will be staying here again in the future.

This place was quite nice. Beautifully located right next to the beach with multiple lovely walks both right to the sand as well as over the cliffs giving a nice view. The place was easy to find and quiet. I will say the pics do not do the view justice - it’s pretty breathtaking and you get the lovely sunset every night. Travis was very helpful. I actually had to cancel my initial dates due to illness and Travis was kind enough to let me switch the dates very last minute. Overall, it was a very nice place and old love to stay here again.

Gorgeous resort. Condo was clean and spacious. Nice view of ocean from patio. Wonderful walk down to beach, a bit steep, but worth it. And availability of golf carts to take you down to beach or around property is nice. Restaurant was way overpriced for a limited menu and just so so food. And it'd be nice to have coffee in the lobby.

Although it was raining and could not use outdoor sitting at all, it didn't stop us from enjoying beach and spectacular sunsets through clouds !! Just Amazing! Marc’s beach view condo was absolutely beautiful. Spent a girls weekend there and it was very comfortable for three people. Kitchen was fully stocked, fireplace was nice and cozy. He was very flexible with our check-in time. I highly recommend this place if you’d like a peaceful location & quite beautiful ocean view. This is a perfect location in between Santa Cruz and Monterey/Carmel.
