The view from the balcony is gorgeous and the location is great for accessing restaurants, bars, shops, museums and other landmarks. Gonzalo is extremely responsive and helpful with any issues that come up. We enjoyed having a small gym in the building as well. We'd prefer to have a few more kitchen supplies such as bowls, water and wine glasses, etc. (We purchased additional wine glasses and left them for the next guest!) And while a couple of the reviewers correctly note that the inside of the apartment is a bit less new/modern than the pictures suggest, we still felt the listing accurately reflects what you get. Overall, if you'd like a centrally located apartment with a wonderful view of the city, this is a great place for you and we recommend it. If you're looking for a lot of space, a quiet space, or somewhere you can cook a few meals then it might not be a great fit.

Everything is excellent! The apartment is super comfortable and equipped. Close to the supermarket and several accesses. Silvina was attentive and I answer us every time we asked her a question! Thank you very much for everything!

Bonito departamento studio. We were well accommodated my lady and my little daughter. In the apartment there was not much noise which helped to get a good rest. Street noise is a bit unavoidable because it is very close to Irarrazaval, but it didn't bother much. Air conditioning was so helpful! Since the apartment is west orientation. We appreciate the kindness of the host and her good communication, it gave us peace of mind.

The apartment is beautiful, comfortable and very well equipped. the balcony is a plus. Really impeccable and with an excellent location if you need to shop in the Parque Arauco area. I recommend the accommodation to be quiet in the vicinity of Santiago. Very good access, easy to get in the vehicle (I was with a van). There is a traffic light on the Corner that helps maneuver as well. The house is well equipped. Complete.

The house met all our expectations, it is second time that we stayed, and we will definitely come back for a third time if possible, everything is very clean and tidy, the pool is large and green areas very well cared for.

We had a lovely stay at Nelly's place. Comfortable bed and pillows, beautiful bathroom, very nice amenities. Good to know that there are lots of stairs and steps - for us, it was great to keep us moving! The neighbourhood is family-oriented and quiet. Short walk to cafes and restaurants. We would return if back to Chile in the future.

The personal attention is very respectful and thoughtful. Excellent location of the house, excellent comfort. Rooms and bathrooms are impeccable. As a suggestion to be able to have access to a pool since in summer the heat is very strong. Thank you very much for everything I'm recommending it.

Yasna and Claudio built a magical place! I can’t imagine how much effort they put into building and sustaining everything. An amazing atmosphere of friendliness and hospitality in every detail inside this true nature oasis. It’s hard to believe that such an oasis exists in hot Santiago. 🙏🌿🍃

it is small but a nice apartment, it is all the same as the photos in.airbnb,The owner is very kindly and the Nice point is that be offered to clean all in each week gratis, it should be your best choose!

Our host was so kind and helpful. Was available for any questions and advice like the best way to navigate to and from the airport to the Air BNB. Front entrance is 24 hour manned which allowed us to feel super safe in an unknown country. Everything was so close we could walk around and get coffee and go shopping as well as see some beautiful buildings and sights.

I only have words of thanks to Felipe who for a problem in the apartment with which I could not finish the stay (an internal pipe broke that there was no way to know from before) was attentive at all times helping me more than Airbnb. The apartment is as reported very comfortable and close to restaurants, shops, etc. thank you so much for everything Felipe!
