Holiday rentals in Santa Lucia

The place was easy to find with Google Maps, and Kit provided all the details we needed. Though I couldn’t reach Manang Veron on her old number, she was there to warmly welcome us when we arrived. The room initially had a musty smell, but it faded quickly. Some appliances were a bit rusty from the salty air, but everything worked well. The room was smaller than expected due to renovations, but Kit kindly offered another, which we didn’t need. The WiFi was down because of recent typhoons, but we got access to another cottage’s WiFi. The beachfront location was perfect—I loved hearing the waves as I slept, and my son and dog enjoyed swimming in the sea. The cottage was spacious, great for 6, and we enjoyed the swing, outdoor kitchen, and BBQ area. The place is also very pet-friendly, making it feel like a true home away from home!

The place was great! I had booked 3 rooms for two days as we are attending a wedding in Vitalis Villas Its very accessible versus booking hotels in other areas and way cheaper, you get the bang for the buck. 20 mins away fr santiago and les than an hour to Vigan. Owner is nice too and the caretaker was accommodating! plus you get to have a view from the rooftop, my fave area!

We stay here regularly and love the place. Rooms are well equipped, clean and it’s a great location.

My family really enjoyed our stay in Kit's place. The area is secluded and its perfect for people who do not like crowded beaches. The beach has fine black sand and safe for kids and senior citizens. If the local government could develop the area, it could give other popular beaches a run for its money. The cottages are good and big altough may need minor maintenace work but overall we still had an amazing experience staying in the place. Kit  and Manang Veron are great hosts and were very responsive to our inquiries and requests. We are happy we found this place in AirBnb and definitely we are coming back.
