The house was clean and comfortable. It is ideally located and very quiet, close to the city center and main amenities. Floriana was very nice and approachable, responding promptly to our needs. I recommend this house to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place to stay.

Maurizio helps alot. He always answered the messages a few moments after we messaged. He explained everything and the place was really clean and had everything we needed. He gave out recommendations of places and helped were he could. If I visit Perugia again, I will surely book with him!

Marco's house is in a very central area, close to Pincetto station. Convenient for those arriving by train but also for those who want to avoid the climbs of Perugia, thanks to the presence of escalators and elevators nearby. Fully furnished and matching the description, as well as very clean! Good communication with the host. Thank you for everything!

i only stayed one night at Valentina's place, her mother Manuela welcomed us with extreme kindness , she explained everything to us. I absolutely recommend this extremely comfortable apartment and impeccable cleanliness. i stayed with my husband and three very young children, one of whom was an infant and we had a really good time.

Parking is easy, there is a subway station nearby, Paola is always enthusiastic about my needs, and it is a wonderful check-in experience!

House just over a 10-minute walk from downtown Perugia. 5 minutes away there is a fabulous pastry shop, where the host has also arranged discounts for his guests, as well as in many other clubs and shops in the city. Giuseppe is a fantastic host, he was always available and responsive in communication, he made us find what we needed for breakfast and a gift for my partner's birthday. In the house there is everything you need for the kitchen, pots, dishes and even oil, vinegar, salt, coffee... a microwave, a pizza warmer, another oven, gas stoves... in short, really everything! What can I say about the fireplace and the fantastic spa area with Jacuzzi, steam room and shower with chromotherapy! A dream! Even the heaters work perfectly, which is important if you go in the fall - winter. The house is tastefully furnished, very quiet, and surrounded by greenery. Perfect for visiting Perugia both by car and on foot. Thank you for everything Giuseppe!

Excellent experience. It is an area very close to the historic center to walk around with many options for food and things to see. The owners were very kind and very communicative. To know it is a young area where they go out at night but from the accommodation you can hardly hear anything. The bed is very comfortable! Only the bathroom door is a little uncomfortable. the fie exelente experience!

It is located in a strategic area to say the least, perfectly connected to the train station and with the city center a 2-minute walk away, also in the surrounding area there are bars and supermarkets. What can I say, highly recommended!

This is an absolute gem just outside of Todi town centre. June and her daughter were lovely hosts and gave us a warm welcome, providing very clear instructions and a tour around the site. They even gave us a bottle of wine, biscuits and a bottle of water. We were quite late checking in (11pm) but that was no problem for them. The apartment was bigger than the pictures and very spacious. The pool was idyllic. This was a perfect place for some R&R before getting married in Todi. On our check out, June and the residents in the other apartments had planned to surprise us with confetti which was absolutely lovely. Would 100% recommend.

Beautiful modern apartment - we loved it.

This is a jewel of a property. We were looking for a restful and relaxing place in the Italian countryside and this is it!! The amenities are great, Ilario and his wife and their son, Ricardo are lovely people and they are so grateful for your business and make you feel right at home! Our rental unit was spotless and the kitchen has everything you need to cook meals in house of which we did. The bed is very comfortable!! Even though you are out in the country you are still close enough for many of the beautiful sights of this part of Italy. We will definitely return!!
