I love it! Very comfortable and clean, Carlos super attentive gave us all the directions and recommendations upon arrival, everything is as in the photos, you can see the spectacular sunset, I would definitely stay here again and I recommend it 100%

The place is perfect. With everything you need for the stay. Very private, the pool is great (with an amazing view). And the zone is in middle of the best restaurants, coffe shops, and turistic places. (but also a near supermarket "Exito" for basic groceries at cheap prices). The only detail is not to be very sensitive to sleep with music by night. Due to its location, the music during weekend nights could disturb some (not me, i had no problem to sleep). Overall... PERFECT.

We loved Monica's apartment, the view is as in the photos and better... It is a loft overlooking the rodadero, the size is adequate, the kitchen is spacious and with several useful attachments (it has even blender). Perfect for vacationing, the place is quiet and in the building they worry that there is no disturbing noise for guests. Monica and the team in charge are great hosts, we received a change of sheets and towels in the middle of our stay, a very good detail.

Yeimy and Marco have a beautiful studio apartment in Sui Lofts near the beach in Pozos Colorados. Its a short walk around the Hilton hotel to an amazing beach, less than a 2 minute walk. The apartment itself is very well decorated, modern, exceptionally clean with strong air conditioners. A large television with cable channels👍 and Netflix. The bed is very comfortable with premium bedding. The balcony has a nice table and chairs to relax with a view of the mountains (although they are constructing a new building next door, it didn't bother me). The building has a beautiful pool which is refreshing although not heated. The kitchen was well stocked with a microwave👍. Two bathrooms and a nice sofa. Overall the place is very comfortable and well taken care of. I love the beach here because the sea is calm and you can relax in the water. Yeimy are Marcos are definitely super hosts. They were very kind and professional to me, thanks ! I would definitely return and fully recommend !

Excellent. Very nice apartment

One of the best locations to spend a vacation in Santa Marta, the excellent area, the impeccable facilities, we had a great time in the home, it felt a little narrow because we were with the children, but overall very cozy, if you are a couple you will find a very comfortable and cozy place.

What I highlight about the apartment is: A very beautiful view of the mountain A very large balcony The apartment is very bright The building has a very nice pool and has a washer and dryer. The location is very good because it is very close to the.centor and the beach and in turn is a very quiet area. Things to improve: the mattress, kitchen equipment, drawers and somewhere in the bathroom to place the items of.higie e personal. Luciana was attentive to my messages and always received a response from her.

Excellent apartment, quiet, organized, clean, with the necessary tools, very good bed, good internet. The structure of the building was wonderful for what we needed, coworking, gym and an amazing terrace. District has convenience with liquor store and pharmacy in the building with great prices. The location is very good for those looking for a quiet place, the Bello Horizonte beach lives up to the name, Por do Sol is a work of art. Andando 10 minutes has a very good shopping center with the Carulla market, has great cafes to buy in this market, just be careful with some spoiled items, we had this inconvenience 2x, I believe it is due to heat and poor storage. In this Zazue shopping mall, it has a crepes restaurant that is incredibly delicious. It has few options to eat and order food in Bello Horizonte compared to the Rodadeiro beach. For us who like to cook was perfect the apartment, I came back.

I stayed in this apartment and it was an excellent experience. The place is comfortable, very clean and pleasant, fully meeting all our expectations. The location is perfect: very close to the beach, to the Zazue Shopping Center and to warehouses like Olympic, which makes it very convenient for any type of plan. Monica's attention was exceptional, always attentive and willing to help us with whatever we needed. In addition, the apartment boasts an incredible pool, ideal for relaxing and enjoying. It's a perfect space to share with families and friends alike. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great Stay! The apartment was spotless and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I felt very safe with the attention to building security. The location is perfect, right across from the Hilton, walking distance from the beach and there’s a mini-market downstairs which made grabbing snacks and water super convenient. The host was very responsive, and the check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The only thing worth noting is there is some ongoing construction in the area. One side of the apartment faces the site, so you might hear noise during weekdays and Saturday mornings, though Sunday was much quieter. It wasn’t a huge issue for me, and I understand it's out of the host’s control, but if you're someone who’s looking for complete silence, this might be something to consider. I’d also recommend bringing your own shower essentials like shampoo and soap bar, as these aren’t provided, but everything else was fantastic.

Really nice apartment!

Totally recommended. It is a very nice loft, close to the beach, in a well located and equipped building. Communication with Angela was very timely and she was always attentive to us.

I wrote a long review for Pedro´s place earlier in the year so I won´t repeat so much here but the fact that I´m here again speaks for how much I rate being here. It´s very comfortable, it has absolutely everything you need and it is close to the beach and transport to surrounding areas. Everyone has been really lovely, friendly and helpful and Pedro is excellent at responding if there´s anything you need. Highly recommended and I´m grateful Pedro welcomed me back :)

We were with my husband 10 wonderful days, the apartment comfortable and the beach is nearby very quiet and almost private.

I don’t think you could get a better place Airbnb for the price. A new modern condo with kitchen, large shower, everything is very new, in a safe beautiful building swimming pools, and very nice and helpful front desk staff. Also, it’s very convenient to a nearby outdoor mall with restaurants a grocery store and retail stores. I lost my sunglasses and could easily find a replacement

The aptaestudio is very well located just 5 minutes from the airport, if you come with little luggage you can take the buseta that leaves from the airport and save you a money. The beach is one and a half blocks away so it is great, the sector is quiet for walking and you have the Zazue shopping center super close, to walk, where there is super market and great variety of restaurants. Plans to go to other beaches and Tayrona Park are also obtained from this area. It's not that close to the historic center, but you also get public transportation to go there and the Rodadero. Overall my experience was pleasant and we felt comfortable.

Central place in the Centro Historico de Santa Marta, clean and practical. With all kitchen utensils equipped. The only downside was that you couldn't use the sink, otherwise everything was perfect.

Very nice little apartment with everything you need. Alvaro is also a very nice and lovely host who will help you immediately if you need something. All in all 10/10 👍
