Africa turned out to be very flexible given the circumstances of my reservation (I booked for my parents and daughter) and communicated with them very smoothly all the time. They enjoyed a very pleasant and very comfortable stay in Africa's apartment

Had a great stay, Manuel was polite and helpful. The apartment is right in the middle for everything which was great. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

We had a great time, just like the ad says. It was very clean and well-equipped, great for getting around by car because it's a neighborhood with a lot of hills. The good thing is that there's a parking space in the residential complex very close to the apartment entrance, which makes the stay much easier.

Fantastic location—ideal for families! Just a short walk to excellent restaurants and the beach. The host was incredibly helpful and thoughtful, even providing beach towels and an umbrella for us to use. I’d absolutely love to return!

I had a wonderful fortnight in this apartment in Torrevieja Great location handy to shops restaurants and so close to the beach. Moises a great host and available for any queries. Apartment was clean and comfortable would definitely stay again!!

So cozy accommodation, simple but very charming with an amazing rooftop terrace! The whole area is an attraction and we stayed in the middle of it. The area is quiet in spite of being centrally located. Mado responded quickly to our questions and sent a good description with pictures and text to find the house. We felt welcomed and cared for.

We had a beautiful stay at this villa. A truly perfect family holiday with so many memories made here. The location is 10/10 just a few mim walk to the main Quesada town, lots of restaurants and shops. The villa is on a huge plot with a large size pool and lovely social seating areas. The villa itself is immaculately clean with all the items and condiments you need. Service from host was excellent and we will definitely return next year - thank you 😃

What a fantastic spacious place! We have been here before if we wanted to stay in Catral. You can park very well there and the gate was already open when we arrived. Furthermore, you will be welcomed there with a huge fruit bowl and the host Moisés is very friendly and helpful. Everything inside is large and clean and in the beautiful garden you can sit well and have breakfast in the sun in the morning. I think we'll be back here.

Great stay to stay with 9 friends. Walking distance as well as several supermarkets. The heated swimming pool and sauna was a great added value.

It was a real pleasure to come to this house. Gintare an exceptional host! My dogs had a lot of fun and we enjoyed the pool BBQ intimacy. We'll definitely be back. Everything is excellent.

We had a lovely stay. Very typical house in a very good location. Nice neighborhood and close to restaurants and the center . It is very nice to be able to enjoy the two terraces well exposed and with a very nice view . Please note that the double beds are not wide .

They were super helpful and kind to us. They've been earning that everything was fine and we felt comfortable. During the stay they were very attentive to a few inquiries that we carried out and resolved them all. They have been very flexible and adapted to a few requests we made to them about the schedules. The house meets all the requirements we needed, large pool, BBQ area (large and shaded), minimum of three bathrooms/toilets, many bedrooms and beds, for a spectacular weekend.

Magnificent host, very complete apartment, cared for and super comfortable. I would definitely go back. Highly recommended.

Rosa Marie’s apartment was a perfect location for myself and a friend, We are 2 older active ladies and found it a good location for public transport bus and tram very close. Approx 2 mile walk into Alicante we crossed over the tram line to start the walk all along the coast. Also used the tram to travel to other locations. Villajoyso, ElCampello even Benidorm.Alicante Castle and old town really worth a visit. The apartment itself had everything we needed beds were really comfortable with super linen kitchen very well equipped lot of extras supplied eg shampoo shower gel cleaning products. Lovely balcony for breakfast in the morning sun Rosa always responds quickly to any queries we had even though we never met her she was so friendly in all her messages We would highly recommend this Apartment

The listing is as described and photographed and is perfect for a couple. The parking space in the residence and the supermarket less than 5 minutes walk away are real assets. The terrace was also very nice. We would recommend this listing.

The apartment exceeded my expectations, much better than in the photo. The pool is great, new and big. Very close to the sea, tram stop, and convenient with a small child. I want to come back again. Also, the wonderful Hanna, who met us, gave good recommendations and told us about everything.

It was a wonderful stay. The apartment had everything you need. A lot was already there . Also ice cream and chips for the kids . Flexible check out and great recommendation were given to us. After 2023, we were now also in October 2024 with Julia and Javier. We were very warmly welcomed and had a very nice time again. The sunrises, the restaurants nearby and the connection to Alicante city are great. We will be happy to come back.
