Felt right at home from the moment we checked in. The condo was cozy, and really stocked well with all the essentials . The views of Sabine bay were just as beautiful as our family’s view on the gulf side. I loved that we could walk to all the restaurants and the pier. Great location for the air shows. Can’t wait to come back and stay.

Jerry was very friendly and communicated well during our stay. We enjoyed our time at this airbnb and the views were great. My only recommendation would be to update a few pieces of furniture in the living room, but they were very comfortable. We will definitely be back.

This was my first time ever to Pensacola, unfortunately because of a funeral, but Micah made it feel so comfortable and greeted us when we got there with her sweet fur babies! Her place is absolutely adorable and perfect for all I needed! Her and her husband both go above and beyond to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible, and makes sure you have all the necessities in case you forget something, which I did! And leave you some treats in a basket for when you need a little snack! And if you’re lucky and you have time, you may can book a massage with her while you’re there! I just loved it and I will definitely be back to visit this summer to enjoy the beach! Thank you Micah!

The mermaid cottage is a quaint little house in a great location. It is located in walking distance to the beach and close to all the local restaurants and entertainment on the beach. It's got all the amenities that you would need outside the comfort of your own home! It's a great little getaway!

Loved our stay. It’s in walking distance to the beach and to Navarre Pier. You have access to a dock on the sound side for fishing and it’s really pretty. There is two bedrooms upstairs and bunk beds behind a private door with a washer and dryer and a half bath that has a sink and toilet down stairs right off the kitchen. That was handy for our older family members that couldn’t climb the stairs as easily. We got to bring our fur baby, too! They have things in the storage room to take to the beach, chairs, beach toys, and they have a few bikes, too. Hammock and hammock swings outside and three balconies! Our family created wonderful memories here. Hope to stay again.

First time we stayed in a neighborhood vs. a touristy place and it was great. The yard was fantastic and our dogs loved it. I might mention there is a sprinkler system that comes on around 6 am and it wets down the backyard which made me feel much better about using the fire pit. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware. Spices, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender and lots of various bar glasses. Bathrooms are modern and nice and included some toiletries in case you forget anything. Really close to a shopping center which has major grocery store and drug store. Lots of great places to eat in close proximity. Definitely recommend and would stay there again.

We had to evacuate for the hurricane and found this spot and we really enjoyed it. Dick was very helpful by allowing our cats to be there and he also accommodated us by letting us stay an extra day. The place was very unique and historic.

I had a wonderful stay. Uber to down town usually costs $10-$12 bucks. Block away from a beautiful park on the bay

We had a great month-long stay at this Airbnb. The host was excellent- responsive when we needed but gave us plenty of space for it to be our home for the time being. We were especially grateful that we could bring our two dogs. The Wifi was solid and worked well for working from home and the location is great - a 5 minute walk to the beach, or 3 minute walk to the sound. We loved taking evening walks along the sound at sunset! The house itself isn't super fancy, but everything works as it should. A thoughtful touch is that the host left us a little kit of cleaning supplies, dishwasher soap, and laundry detergent to give us a couple of extra days to make it to a store. Overall we'd recommend this location to anyone looking for a peaceful, pet-friendly spot close to the beach!

Brian was an amazing host! The trailer is private and conveniently located to get anywhere you need within a few minutes. All of the instructions were clear and Brian was always available to answer any questions. We stayed a month and their hospitality made the stay very enjoyable.

Beth's place had everything we needed. Comfy bed, pretty area, hot showers and area felt safe. We really enjoyed having a place so close to the beach, where we live to be.

Mrs. Jill was amazing! She was so thoughtful to check on me throughout my stay also. The condo was cozy and amazingly clean. And I am PICKY! There are plenty of cooking supplies and goodies that were left behind which were a special little touch. The fresh lillies were so pretty and were a nice surprise also. There are binoculars and beach supplies to use. There was a little roller cooler and even fishing poles! The little bar setup on the balcony overlooking the beach was so cute! The ease of check-in after hours was completely stress free as I was in a bind when I booked due to my current reservation being unexpectedly cancelled. I cannot recommend this property enough! The beach access almost seems like a private beach with not a lot of people crowding the space which I loved as well! The grills were awesome on the property as well! AND THE VIEW 😍 Thank you again Mrs. Jill, I look forward to my next stay with you very soon!

This is our second time staying, and we had an amazing time once again. Beds were comfy and the place matched the description and photos. Quick walk or drive to the beach

Great location- a balance of quiet and privacy with access to downtown Pensacola. Kitchen is fully furnished. Street parking was never a problem, plenty of spaces available. Very seamless experience.

Excellent place for those seeking calm and private setting without overpaying for it. Fifteen minute drive to the beach is not a trouble at all, especially if planning to visit some stores, services or restaurants on that route. Private pool right at the door of the individual entrance - no need to fight for your space in the water or at the poolside. Neat room, with just about all you may need during your stay, everything works as it should, immediate response from the owners if something else it requested. I would certainly recommend to anyone, already shared with my friends and big family, and definitely will consider for my next trip to the beach.

Place was just like described. Was great for our party. The key suggestion was on point. Only wish would be so some type of little table for the master bath. For more counter space. Enjoyed our time.
