Well-located apartment with a nice view.

It is a super spacious place, it is on a second floor and it is very nice, we were 4 people and we were super well accommodated, the dining room was perfect to eat some good chorizos santarosano, the room was great to arrive and sit with the family to watch something on the TV while we were resting, the kitchen was super organized and quite spacious and had very good utensils and those needed for the stay, the bathroom was also great just the shower can be said which is something cozy, Sergio was always super friendly and was very attentive to what we need, the place is easy to find in addition it is 22 minutes from the spa of Santa Rosa in car, the neighborhood is quiet despite the fact that the street is a main one however from when instead you could hear another motorcycle at night, but otherwise it is super quiet and there is a parking lot in front then you have like to leave the car nearby.

Steven's finca was the perfect getaway to relax and unwind in the mountains. Clean and cozy with all the comforts of home yet close enough to the center of town (about 10 mins) and the hot springs (about 20 mins). The fresh oranges from the trees were delicious. Steven was very attentive and responsive. I would love to come back.

Great experience! The tiny house is beautifully designed and is very private - great for couples. You could play music without worrying that we would bother anyone. We very much appreciated the bottle of wine, the 8 towels in different sizes and the grill we were able to use. Andres was a great host and always responsive. Be aware you have to pay account for 2x 20.000 pesos you wanna drive to where most of the attractions are.

Rene was a great host, showing exceptional responsiveness during my stay. From the moment I checked in, he was flexible with my check-in time, despite my flight arriving early. He accommodated my request. Rene was attentive to any questions I had regarding the apartment. As I typically rent a car during my stays in Colombia, the limited amenities in the vicinity did not pose any challenges. The building does not have assigned parking, so it is essential to familiarize yourself with parking. I consistently found available spots, but exercise caution if you arrive late and need to block someone in the Tandem parking. The regular single-space parking options tend to fill up quickly. The apartment itself offered a great view, was well-maintained, and provided a comfortable living space. It included a washer and dryer for extended stays. The only feature I wished for was a television in the living room. Some individuals prefer to watch television while dining it is a preference. Great Stay!

Apart from it being on a 5th floor and the stairs handle bars being loose this place was amazing the actual apartment was great super clean and comfy

Our stay at Gloria's apartment was excellent, as if I were at home, comfortable, clean with everything you need. I would definitely come back.
