House holiday rentals in Santa Ynez

David greeted us upon arrival and, after that, we had privacy in the two-story guest house...which is the size of many homes! The mattresses were so comfortable that my wife wants to know where to get one. The views are lovely, plenty of space for the 4 of us and 3 bathrooms! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again...

Stayed here for a few nights and the house is really wonderful! Had everything we needed and a personal touch.

We had a great time, perfect space for our group (13 people). Plus, we super appreciated the baby amenities they had available. The crib, changing table and high chair made my husband and I’s life a lot easier. They communicated well when we had to call with a time-sensitive question & answered on the AirBNB messenger in a timely matter.

This place was absolutely amazing and magical. Definitely above and beyond our expectations. It was very nice, quiet and the nature was incredible. The host was very friendly and responsive and made sure that we were having a great experience. We’re very grateful that she opened up her place for us. Everything was perfect! Would definitely do this again!

There were 6 family members and a 1 1/2 year old. We especially loved the quiet and peaceful location and the fact it was central to downtown Santa Barbara as well as the airport since we were driving back and forth picking up and dropping off family members flying in. The house was well equipped with everything we could need especially the pantry items. Lots of towels, both bathroom and beach towels for the pool and hot tub. Marie was so responsive to all our questions and needs!

Everything was perfect! Treated my wife and her girlfriends for a weekend stay for her 40th birthday and they came back with stellar reviews. Hilary was communicative and helpful throughout the booking, check-in, and stay. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a unique and special stay up in Solvang

Heidi’s home provided a wonderful vacation home base for my family’s vacation. Heidi and Susie were very friendly and responsive from booking through check-out. Everything in the home was as described. Worth paying extra to have the pool heated and when any glitches came up, they responded quickly and effectively. Great location and very comfortable, well stocked house! The pool and hot tub were a huge bonus. My entire family agreed we would definitely return to this rental for our annual Santa Barbara trip. Thank you for a lovely stay!!

Perfect weekend getaway in beautiful Los Olivos! About a 10-15 minute walk into town which was super convenient! Gorgeous outdoor space as shown in photos, everyone slept comfortably, espresso machine came in handy, the chickens were a bonus and a pleasant surprise!

We loved our stay at Lizzy's place! It was small, with a bedroom and an attached bathroom. The actual room is off the side of the main house, so you have your own little entrance to get to the entry. The instructions to find the place and how to get in were very clear and straightforward. Lizzy was very responsive and answered any questions we had during our trip. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We only had a face to face interaction with her towards the end of our trip, but she was very sweet and kind, and was happy to hear that we had enjoyed our stay. Overall we had a wonderful time. The house is right next to a little park, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. There was also always enough parking. Goleta was a great place to stay, and we were only about a minute drive to Santa Barbara, so we were close enough to do plenty of things. We had a wonderful time. Thank you Lizzy!

My second time staying at Michelle’s place was great! Would recommend to a large group of adults looking for a weekend place to stay in solvang.

First, the place is great. It is spacious, the bedrooms are large, and the view is fantastic. Being dog lovers, the highlight for us was Styx the ranch dog who kept us company all weekend. The house was clean and well stocked. The furniture is dated but comfortable. The master bathroom has a heater that made my shower very nice!

Our stay with Jen was amazing! A girlfriend and I decided to do an impromptu overnight staycation in Los Alamos and we couldn’t be happier with the Heritage House. My bestie is a photographer and loved how every square inch was insta-worthy and photoshoot ready. I think my favorite part of the house is the clawfoot tubs - I’m a sucker for a good bathtub and will plans stays around one. The house itself is adorable and has been remodeled with a ton of charm and character, the attention to detail stood out from the second we stepped in the door. Everything was spotless and the beds were super comfy. It is walking distance to all the best local spots, we popped over to Bob’s for breakfast. Overall we couldn’t be happier with the stay and will definitely be back!

Blake’s place was a very cute and cosy little bungalow in downtown Santa Barbara. The place is very small but was perfect for us. A very quiet neighbourhood with plenty of charm. We traveled from Australia and were travelling through. We absolutely love Santa Barbara. The place was squeaky clean with parking and all required amenities. Definitely worth staying here.

Catherine was terrific! She met us outside the house when we arrived and showed us the grounds. She had stocked the fridge with goodies and offered recommendations for restaurants, hiking trails, etc. She checked in with us to see if we needed anything like more towels however, the place was well stocked. I would highly recommend her place if you are going to the Santa Barbara area. It is frankly perfect!!

Excellent stay at Brenda’s house, beautifully decorated, well supplied and in a good location close to supermarket and everything else. Our kids and mother-in-law enjoyed the backyard a lot. Thanks Brenda for hosting us!

Renee’s home in Santa Barbara is lovely. The surroundings and view are spectacular. The house is very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Great linens and beds, comfortable lounge with large, easy to use tv, and well equipped kitchen. Attention to details! Great location.. 5-10 minutes from downtown, fine dining restaurants and shopping. It was a little chilly to use the spacious patio.. maybe next trip! Highly recommend this beautiful home.

Beautiful home, when writing this review one of the questions were was this home accurately described and matched the pictures I will say the pictures did NOT due this home justice. I mean this home was beautiful and colorful rooms were way bigger than the pictures. The outside was very peaceful. Everyone in my group immediately said it was such a beautiful home. The hosts were welcoming and very informational… they were not overwhelming like other hosts they truly allowed us to be free in the home.

The property was perfect for our weekend with our family. The house was warm and inviting. The living room, dining room and kitchen made perfect gathering areas, and the outdoor spaces were comfortable and bright. The location is central to wineries, restaurants, and local venues. I would definitely recommend the property to friends and book another stay in the future.

We didn’t need to think of anything! This place was simply beautiful and well thought out. It was just like being at home. No detail was overlooked. We’ve stayed at a lot of properties in SB but never one that my wife, my mom, and I thought we could just move into as is. Private parking just two blocks from the best part of State Street is a bonus.

We had a great experience at Adam's place, we were evacuated and he was very flexible with our check in time. It was really close to the Rosewood and we got daypasses to go, just a walk away. We look forward to going back!
