Fantastic location for easy beach access. House was quiet and private. Loved having the bikes available for the nearby Shoreline bike trail. Brent checked in often and was immediately helpful when there was a problem with one bike. Overall a great stay!

We had a fantastic time staying here. The house is beautifully decorated, clean and exactly how it looks in the photos. Great walking distance to everything in Santa Barbara. We loved our stay here. The only issue we had was communicating to the house management company regarding parking our car. That took about an hour which we weren’t happy about as we had plans. Overall, we would definitely stay here again as it exceeded our expectations. Wouldn’t hesitate to book it again!

We had a great time family of 4 adults and 3 children. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. It was perfect for our need, safe for the kids and in a great location to all the kid activities we had planned. My little ones ages 4 and under had a great time walking around and exploring. We will definitely come back later this year for our second trip.

The location can’t be beat, the house is beautiful and relaxing, and the bed was sooooo comfortable we named it the cloud. We would go back and stay again. Highly recommend!

My husband and I have stayed at this property and the sister property next door multiple times over the past 11 years. Clare has always been responsive, professional, and kind. Any time we’ve had an issue, it was resolved quickly and effortlessly. The property has the most well appointed kitchen of any rental I’ve stayed in, and the courtyard is a real plus. The neighborhood is quiet and so close to the beach!

We absolutely loved Bobbie's place! It was the perfect cozy space for our long weekend getaway! It was a short walk from the cute shops and restaurants in Montecito, and also walkable to Rosewood Miramar Beach. The neighborhood was very peaceful. There is some highway noise, but they provided white noise machines and earplugs for sleeping, which is super helpful for light sleepers. The bed was very comfortable and we slept great. The outdoor area was also really neat, we enjoyed playing ping pong and cornhole during our stay as well.

Our family’s stay in Santa Barbara was made so comfortable by this lovely home! It was so well equipped with all the kitchen and bath necessities, and it was so pleasant to look out toward the mountains while relaxing in the open living space. The location was so convenient and walkable to the beach, to State St., to 101, and to food markets and many dining options. The train made minimal noise on a predictable schedule and we enjoyed watching it come and go! We easily explored Santa Barbara from this easy and pleasant home base. If I could give this place a 10 star, I would!! I found this cottage to be more than what I expected. It was super clean, great water pressure, and conveniently located. The cottage was perfect size for my partner and I, plus our small dog. The backyard was perfect for our dog because it was fenced in. I highly recommend this place, it made our trip even better.

Loved the house! It was clean, homey and provided everything we needed. The beds were great!The location was good for walking to restaurants and downtown. Trevor was helpful in giving us some flexibility on check-in, check- out times. A great place to stay.
