Holiday rentals with a patio in Santiago do Cacém

Overall great experience and we would recommend! Alberto was very helpful and responsive, and Paula the housekeeper was also lovely and so helpful. Fantastic location with coffee shops, restaurants, and gorgeous beaches all within 5-10 minutes easy walking, but not right in the middle of the most touristy part of town-- perfect! Private carport for a small car, behind a locked gate-- very secure! (VNDM is super safe and friendly anyway, but having that private parking area was still nice.) The multiple terraces on this home are wonderful-- great views of the sun and sky. There was a big construction project happening behind the unit that we were not expecting, but the noise was not bad and the unit is quiet when windows closed. Home does not have a lot of the "little things" like spices, laundry soap etc so you'll need to purchase a few small items, but overall had all we needed and we had a great stay.

Petra and Herberts' place, Figos 2, really is a slice of paradise. We cannot recommend it enough!

Dear Joost and Gini, Thank you for the warm welcome, nice to hear your story. The cottage is cozy, fully equipped and we slept wonderfully there with our two children. We enjoyed the beautiful spacious garden and nature around the cottage, and the kids were delighted with the swing and trampoline. Also very much enjoyed the food and atmosphere at restaurant Nirvana a 15-minute drive, thanks for the tip. Unfortunately, we could only stay 2 nights, hopefully see you next time and then we would like to stay longer! We have experienced you as very helpful, welcoming, open and cozy! Wonderful place in a quiet neighbourhood and easy walking to all areas of vila nova milfontes. Prompt communication. We locked key inside by accident right when we got there and his mother was there in just a few minutes to let us back in. Wonderful gift basket as well with delicious bread, fruit and treats. A lot of places don’t give you what you expect, this place exceeds expectations.

Lovely room within close (<5 mins) walking distance of the Franquia beach, which family friendly (good sand and calm waters). Also easy to walk to town. Nice pool in a tranquil garden with swings for relaxing after a day at the beach. Room is comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen. Wifi worked although a bit patchy. Calm location although noise from doors etc in other rooms does reverberate a bit. A special word for the staff who were very friendly in general but amazingly helpful after a slip meant our son needed some medical help - they went out of their way to take care of everything. Thanks so much!

House spacious, super comfortable and clean.. The kitchen is well equipped with everything we need. The location is very good, and with parking included. The view on the pool probe is very nice and the sunset is very beautiful. Communication with Carolina was great. We need to call her Sunday night and she was available. When I return to Zambujeira do Mar I will stay at Carolina's house again!

The stay was amazing. The space is very welcoming, very clean and has a special touch where it is noted that the hosts have put a lot of love and affection. We felt like we were home and we were very well received throughout the stay. It is a quiet space where you can rest and with a charming outdoor space with the extra to have 4-legged friends as friendly as the hosts, who are amazing people. It is close to several interesting spots to visit. In my opinion were the most attentive and deserving of extra points beyond the 5 stars, as they also put an extra dedication demonstrated in the small and large details. Senhora Margarida and Mr. Pedro one until now. We'll definitely be back one day!

Highly recommend this place! It was exactly what we needed for a friends’ trip; everyone had their own bedroom with a bathroom, kitchenette and balcony! The location is amazing — rural, quiet, beautiful — but only 40 mins away from some of the most beautiful beaches in Portugal. The hosts were so friendly, always making sure we had everything we needed. I’d book again in a heartbeat!

The house was so charming and comfortable. So much nicer in person than the pictures portray. It was always a delight to come back home to this cosy little refuge. We were weather beaten after days at various stunning beaches, so coming back to the oasis of a garden and comfortable house was a delight each day. Proper furniture, to relax in, unlike some other stays, plus the house was fitted out with everything you could / would need. A real home from home. Handy amount of land in addition to the garden on the property, so our dog was happy and had plenty of room to explore, shelter and relax. The bakery in the village supplies the most amazing cakes/ treats / delights. I’d recommend anyone staying to stock up from there! Ines was super helpful and flexible. We arrived early and she was incredibly accommodating. Lots of help to find the dog friendly beaches too, so that was great. We loved this little house and it’s high timber ceilings. Nice place to eskape the city. A lot of animals, very nice and kind. Host is helpful and responsive, felt like at home. In just 10 minutes you will have a lot of shops. in 15 minutes - amazing beach (the road is unpawed, but even with small car it's ok). Generally, you have all the farm can suggest you - early morning birds, sheeps, bbq, clean air, beautiful sky. Highly recommend this asset.

Perfectly located -- literally minutes walk to a gorgeous beach for swimming, surfing and sun bathing; to a beautiful town center with great restaurants and cafes; to the start of the Fisherman's Trail for spectacular walks along the coast. The condo itself is very modern and was perfectly clean and uncluttered and with excellent appliances. And while the condo is on the ground floor, so does not have great views from it's own private balcony, there are spectacular panoramic views from the roof-top pool and terrace, which is only a few steps away (or a short elevator ride) and is the perfect place for morning coffee or for watching the sunset with a glass of wine.
